Large capybara with a turtle backpack on its back. Absolutely adorable and apparently the best Christmas present I ever bought my 24 yr old daughter. She loves it. Came in plenty of time for Christmas, well packaged.

The product was ok, delivery time as well.
But the customer support is a disaster.
I wanted to return the item, got a return address provided and sent the item. It came out the address was not valid and the package was returned to me and now the support ignores all of my messages.
And that keeping in mind that they do not cover the costs of the mailing and charge in addition for processing returned items.

I didn’t receive my confirmation email after my order but when i sent them an email they replied within a few hours and fixed everything for me. Great service!!

Livraison d'un mois sans être prévenue, ce devait être 10 jours. Ma fille n'a pas eu son cadeau de Noël.
Je reçois le colis ce matin et la peluche fait 15 cm au lieu de 55 cm ! Evidemment j'ai payé le prix de la 55 cm.
En revanche le service client répond vite et aimablement j'attends une solution convenable et surtout très rapide (pour le bon colis) ce qui serait étonnant car tout est envoyé de Chine.

I purchased a top and some bedding as well as a plush toy. The toy is excellent but the top is very poor quality and the print is strange and plastic.
The bedding I purchased was awful. Sloppy finish with parts that had been chewed up in the sewing machine. The colour seemed really faded in comparison to what it should have been but the worst thing was that despite following care instructions exactly, the bedding after only one wash lost what little colour it had and ended up looking as if I had used it for a decade. Faded to the point of it looking more white than its original pale purple. There were odd white lines all over the bedding too. Incredibly disappointing.

Edit:
Kawaiies have been excellent with customer service and have replaced the bedding with little to no fuss. Luckily I was within the window for the returns policy and was able to send photos for evidence for it to be investigated. I've been asked to send the bedding back with a free returns label. Customer service has been excellent so I have changed my review from 1 star to 3.

I bought a plush toy Capybara. It was a decent quality toy. The shipping took a long time but overall I was happy.

The customer service at Kawaiies is excellent. I had an issue with my order, I put in my address wrong and didn't catch it, when I did, I reached out and they immediately emailed back and fixed the problem. I was worried it might be impossible to fix, but they were great and took care of everything. Thank you! I can't wait to see what I ordered :)

I ordered two kimono shirts at more than fair prices, so was a little skeptical at first. But they arrived exactly as shown, quite real and exceptionally nice!
Updates were sent to me at every step of the process (packed/shipped, arrived at courier, out for delivery), and any questions I had were answered quick and clearly. The responses were very genuine and written out by a person, rather than a FAQ algorithm. Will for sure shop again!

Ordered a building set for my wife's birthday and received the wrong set. Sent an email out right away to get the situation fixed and mailed back and forth with Zoey who said they would send me the proper set right away. Flash forward to two weeks later and I get my second package and low and behold, it's the exact same wrong set. Once again send out an email to try and fix it again and no response for a week now. Very frustrating and disappointing 😞.

Was sent a faulty product and customer service gave me the run around and then ghosted me when I complained. Fabric sown together in the wrong direction making the plushie rough. Was also sent the wrong size.

Edit - They only respond after a negative review to blame and gaslight. “Natural variation” is a funny way to excuse poor product construction. The low quality makes the plushie unsuitable for texture sensitive people.

At this point I’ve bought a replacement from a competitor with no issues or “natural variations”.

Poor customer service; I was having major issues with my order where half of it was missing and not only was the service not helpful; I paid a lot for my order and was it really worth it no because I only got half and I really wanted the other one I ordered and no one has gotten back to my for three days since I last talked to them on Tuesday....wow how sadly disappointing

Ok so I have to change my update and I see with the criminal investigation but I really don't have time to go through it. I have no issues with other companies usually when I order with my orders or the process is different so I will do so with other companies I have had better experience.

This is a drop shipping website! Most, if not all, of the plushies etc on here can be bought for much cheaper on Temu or Aliexpress!

Bought a large whale a while ago before discovering if was over half the price on Aliexpress!

If you're reading this, please go buy from the sources instead and save yourself money!
