Purchasing boxes for removal
I would have given you a 5* if there had not been online issues with my small order for 10x boxes which cost £15+vat and you wanted to charge me £250 for delivery +vat taken my order over £300.
However, I rang and spoke to a nice girl who sorted everything out, placed my order for me and stayed on line until everything was confirmed. The nice man at the collection station loaded the boxes into my car and was really pleasant natured and very polite. So all in all, 5* for staff and 4* for the silly computer. Boxes are great! Thank you

The refund was in the form of a credit note ? Product was fine
