Just had some work done by KDE. I have to say I am really impressed.
Ed and Jack came to fit a new radiator, connect a new one to existing work, and install new water fill for washing machine in a new location.
Both Ed and Jack were excellent, courteous and professional.
Great ambassadors to the company.

KDE, fantastic… had a full central heating system fitted, the boiler moved into the loft, and the pipe work buried into the walls, so no unsightly pipes running down the walls, the team were brilliant, especially Kieran Jack and Ed, they were really very hard working Professional and informative throughout the process, we would definitely recommend KDE..

The fitter came early but was ok. But I had to move my second car out of garage so to get to the boiler. Half the time I forgot he was here.

The technician came on time and was efficient, informed, pleasant and respected my property. All went well with the testing and I was reassured that my boiler was in good working order. I feel the technician was a real credit to KDE and this fits well with their usual high standards. Thank you.

Arrived when they said they would. Returned with new part very promptly. Repaired the fault in no time. They were friendly and professional and I would recommend them to all.

Came out within 24 hours of call for a minor emergency and effected complete resolution in one visit. full explanation of fault and course of action.

The fitters arrived on time and they carefully covered our carpets with a protective plastic sheet, then started removing the old boiler & fitted the new one. The old central heating pipes needed replacing/rerouting which required floorboards to be removed and refitted. All the work was done to a high standard and professionally completed. The electrical installation threw up a few challenges which were solved without any fuss. When the job was done they tidied up and hoovered all the carpets. I can highly recommend KDE Ltd.

I called KDE to fix a leak from a toilet cistern. The plumber arrived at the agreed time and carried out the work in a very efficient manner.

Good workmanship quick and on time

Very fast and efficient service offered and most importantly given. Following a leak in an engineering bay. I contacted KDF to have a saw safety inspection done, the engineer called out same day, took the saw to be pact tested and a new plug fitted. Returned the next morning first thing all done.
