Service quite simply beyond expectations, which for insurance is really saying something. Highly recommend.

Called this morning based on the online reviews which were very positive. Call was answered within good time and I was promptly asked name and age. I replied, I was then asked which vehicle I was looking to insure, I replied a defender. I was then told “ we do not offer cover for these vehicles as they are the most stolen car in the UK” the call ended there.

I have to add not really what I expected.

Excellent service, as ever, from Jeremy. It is clear that Keith Michaels is staffed by true enthusiasts who share our passion and take the time to consider each request for cover on its merits. A personalized approach you won’t get from mainstream insurers.
