I requested a motor insurance quotation from this company following good reviews I read on TrustPilot.
I received an email acknowledgement on 27 December which I appreciate was during the Christmas break, but I expected a call at the beginning of this week.
It’s now 9th January and I’ve not heard anything from them. If this is the service they provide prior to doing business then I can’t imagine what the service would be like if I was unfortunate enough to be involved in a claim!

As always a pleasure too deal with hence I have had multiple cars insured with them over a number of years. I will personally always use Keith Michael's Olivia is always a pleasure too deal with.
