Prompt, effecient, great inter personable skills and did thr job well as well as being reasonably priced. Excellent service!

Arrived in 25 minutes and had my door open in 5, great price great service and no damage to my door.

The locksmith was very understanding and did not want to cause damage if possible. He also made sure that there was absolutely no option of a spare key. He gained entry to the property with no damage. Very impressed. Highly recommend

This company is a complete scam. I couldn't open my front door and called this company. Through the letterbox he said it would be anything from 120£ and I could not hear any more as I live on a motorway. He drilled the lock out and then proceeded to give me a quote of nearly 900£ for an inferior lock and charge 190£ for breaking the lock which took less than a minute. I refused to pay more than 120£ for doing that. I declined his extortionate quote. He forced me to transfer the money at the door.
Later that day I was recommended a locksmith. He refitted a top of the range lock. The bill came to 180£ including Vat.
He said that whoever drilled the other lock off was not a certified locksmith but a cowboy. I have a telephone with the police tomorrow as it is a fraudulent company.

Scammers stay away from them

A scammer named MARIUS came to our property, tried ripping us off by charging 1500 plus just for changing lock. We somehow got to know that he is a scammer, as he was getting Personal calls in middle, dirty and ugly phone messages. He Broke the lock, and we decided to throw his away from our home. We later called a legit company who did the whole service for us for 95 Pounds.

What a shame, stay away from these SCAMMERS

I contacted 24H Locksmiths Ltd because I stupidly locked myself out of my home. The communication from the company was very efficient right from the outset, I was advised re prices and arrival time of the locksmith. The assigned locksmith, Michael, then contacted me with his arrival time, which was very helpful. After Michael had arrived, he was able to very quickly gain access back into my home, and I couldn't be happier. A very reasonable price, also, compared with other locksmith companies I first contacted before contacting 24H Locksmiths Ltd (another neighbour in my block suffered the same issue about 3 months previously so I was aware of prices ... there seems to be various locksmith companies who only want to exploit a person's misery). That is definitely not the case with 24H Locksmiths, as I can guarantee. I am incredibly grateful to Michael, and to 24H Locksmiths. I have stored their number, just in case either myself, or any other of my block neighbours, might find themselves locked out in the future. A company to trust in and rely on, if you ever find yourself as equally distracted as I did in forgetting to take my keys out with me.

The technician arrived promptly and did a very good job. There was little to no damage done to the door.

We were nearly scammed out of £900 from this company after calling them out for a lock repair. We refused to pay and found a legitimate company to call for advice. The legitimate locksmith came and repaired the lock for £100.

Will definitely use again

I was locked outside my house at 23:00 and was very worried. Alex then helped me out by fixing the lock and letting me inside the house. He was there within no time, so I didn’t had to wait much, also the best part was he gave confirmation calls before arriving that made me feel less panicked. As soon as he arrived he explained me what he will do instead of just starting the work directly so I was at peace and didn’t need to wonder much. I would really recommend Alex. He is really helpful, kind and great. I greatly appreciate him and his work.

The technician - George - was a very pleasant young man. He said he would be with me in 20 minutes and he was ! Customer Services were also very helpful and understanding and made sure I was happy and the charge fair. I would recommend them.

Polite, efficient, friendly. Called to keep me updated of his location so I could stay at a neighbours. The door had fallen shut but there was a key in the lock. It was not locked so he used a tool to press the door handle through the letter box.

Arrived on time, had the correct equipment super polite. Great service.
