I loved the shoes
I loved the shoes - red Kickers the height of ankle boots. Lovely quality but too big for me.
I would have loved to keep them but the fit was all wrong. I have returned them with regret.

Absolutely appalling service
Absolutely appalling service. I paid for express delivery. I never received my parcel, I believe it was stolen and the company refused to help and replace my item they were very unhelpful. I have been put through unnecessary stress. I then went through my bank to get a refund and surprise surprise the item that I was told was out of stock was then delivered, but they are too small. I am not even going to try and return them so I have paid for shoes that will never be worn.
I will not be buying anything from this company ever again.

No refund a month after order and return.
Ordered 2 pairs of shoes 13/8/26, one pair completely the wrong size not what was ordered and the other had a fault with a bump in the toe of the shoe so returned both pairs - return received by kickers 15/8/26. They state refund in 14 days and here we are 13/9/26 and money still not received.
We reordered the shoes in correct size and these are great but I’m never ordering via kickers site again as I can’t afford to be owed £126 for a month. Very poor service.
I have contacted kickers but currently no reply.

Ordered School Shoes
It came in a good amount of time and it wasn’t express delivery. The shoes were a little heavy while holding them but they are alright once I actually wear them.
