Kickers staff and DPD driver Adnan connived together and stole my parcel claiming I gave incomplete address. And because of that, Adnan the DPD driver claimed my parcel worth £95 for himself.
This is very bad.
A terrible rating for kickers and DPD.
I already heard DPD staff steal people parcels. Now it has happened to me and the world will hear this.
Shame on DPD and kickers staff for collaborating to steal my daughter’s shoe worth £95.

No international shipping
I was disappointed to learn that Kickers no longer ship outside of the UK. Its the best shoes for school and I went through hell to get 2 pairs for my children. Cost me so much to ship it to a friend in the UK for him to then ship it me

Kickers stand the test of time
Kickers stand the test of time. My daughter is extremely rough on shoes and these are the only brand that makes it to the end of school term! Great quality. No issues with using the kickers website or delivery to me in NI.

I am extremely disappointed with these…
I am extremely disappointed with these Kickers school shoes and, even more so, with the response I received from Kickers customer service.
I purchased the Junior Boys Kick Lo Reflective Leather Black for £60, expecting a good-quality pair of school shoes from a well-known brand. They were bought specifically for school, so I expected them to cope with normal everyday use by a child.
My son’s first day back at school was Tuesday. Within just four hours, the shoes were already badly scuffed and damaged.
I completely understand that children’s school shoes will get marks and scuffs. I am not expecting a pair of shoes to look brand new forever. However, I do expect a £60 pair of school shoes to last considerably longer than four hours, particularly when they are being sold as a durable school shoe.
What makes this even more frustrating is Kickers’ own description of the product.
Kickers currently describe these shoes as “Durable” and state that they have a wipeable finish for lasting style and a “classic durable rubber sole.” More importantly, Kickers’ own school-shoe FAQ states that their school shoes are made from “high-quality, hard-wearing materials that resist scuffs” and says they are “built to last the full school term (and often beyond)”, including for more active children.
Based on those claims, I think it is completely reasonable for a customer to expect a pair of £60 school shoes to withstand a normal school day.
I contacted Kickers to explain what had happened. Unfortunately, the live chat was extremely unhelpful. The matter was eventually escalated to their damage team, only for me to essentially be told that the damage was acceptable and that there was nothing they could do.
That response is incredibly disappointing.
If Kickers consider this level of damage after only four hours of the first day of use to be acceptable, then their claims about school shoes being made from hard-wearing materials that resist scuffs and being built to last a full school term seriously need to be questioned.
I didn’t buy £60 school shoes expecting them to remain immaculate, but I certainly didn’t expect them to be significantly damaged before my child had even completed his first school day.
The biggest disappointment isn’t even just the shoes themselves — it is the complete lack of customer service and willingness to resolve the issue. I gave Kickers the opportunity to put this right, but instead I was effectively told that I should accept it.
For a brand like Kickers, I expected much better.
£60 is a lot of money for children’s school shoes, and based on this experience I simply cannot recommend them. The product has failed to meet the expectations created by Kickers’ own description, and the customer service afterwards has made the situation even worse.
One star from me. I won’t be buying Kickers school shoes again, and I would seriously think twice before spending £60 on these.
UPDATE- 12 SEPTEMBER 2026, kickers have now resolved my complaint in full by issuing a full refund, I will give them 2 stars for resolving my complaint but the original review still stands.

Great shoes
I bought my daughter the trainer Kickers for Secondary school. She said they were very comfortable and the best school shoes she has had.
The quality is great and they are great shoes for the price. She has a size 8 foot and they look great on her.
The delivery was very prompt. I ordered on one day and they were delivered the next.

I’m disappointed with the design and fit, especially considering they are children’s shoes. They definitely don’t seem suitable for children with wider feet.

I have been a loyal customer, now I will never purchase from Kickers again
I have been a loyal customer for years. Every year I buy my daughters school shoes from Kickers. It hasn’t been smooth over the years but i have dealt with it. This year is the last straw. I ordered a size 5 which would be around a size 36 and I received a size 41 which would be an adult 10.5. I spoke to customer service who advised I had to return the shoe in order to receive a new pair. I live in Jamaica. Kickers does not ship directly to Jamaica so I had to use a shipping company to get the shoe to me. I had to pay twice basically and you want me to pay again to get the shoe to you and this was no error of mine. All customer service could say was that they did not ship to Jamaica, they shipped to the UK. No empathy. I am stuck with a shoe that’s not a popular size in kids going to school. Even if it was returned there was no way of getting it back in time for school to start so my daughter had no school shoes a couple of weeks before school started. I think this was a deliberate move to get rid of a shoe size that was not selling because how do you make such an error. Shame on you Kickers.
I will never purchase Kickers again.
