Perfect cabin beds !! Well informed throughout the process and it’s nice to be able to speak to someone easily when ringing with any questions!

Having shopped around for a high sleeper bed for our 7 year old, we eventually chose Kidsbedsonline and have been delighted with the service they offer. They helped us talk through our frame and mattress options and offered a competitive price. They also helped chase up our delivery with the manufacturer. Throughout the purchase they were responsive and helpful.

Ordered a day bed that converts to a double. After looking online for hours, this was my final choice. It had to be a specific size for my spare room so this was the perfect bed. Received an email with a date from the manufacturers after 2 weeks and the bed followed on the day they had specified. Delivered within the 2 hour time slot and to my upstairs room. Smooth process from start to finish. Now built up, it looks great and feels good quality. Really pleased with it.

We’ve had a great experience and would highly recommend. We weren’t 100% sure which bed to order and had a few questions about dimensions and they were super helpful and came back really quickly. We ordered the bed and we received an email very quickly asking which date we would prefer the bed to be delivered. Once delivered there was a slight issue with the order (not their fault) but a slight mistake from the manufacturer, they were so helpful rectifying this and had it sorted within the hour and the correct bed re-delivered the very next day. Brilliant service and will be recommending and using again in the future.

Quick and easy delivery service, took about 4 hours to build with 2 men but quite straight forward. 3year old loves it and plenty of storage under the bed also

Great offer on gaming cabin bed, communication was really strong from start to finish and the fitter was knowledgeable on the product, where best to locate and constructed it in a really timely manner.
He then also followed up showing me the strength of the bed and took away all of the packaging leaving the room as tidy as he found it.

Great service from start to finish. Delivery guide was accurate and as described including a two hour slot and a call from the driver to let us know when he would arrive. We put the bed together ourselves and although it is time consuming and a two man job it is feasible if you cannot afford the charges for the company to do this for you. We are not great DIYers but the instructions were fairly straightforward and the bed feels very solid and sturdy.

Really happy with our little boys new bed, loads of space saving features, he loves it!

Very efficient given date when bed would be delivered came exactly the time l was given (only given a very short 2 hr window that it would arrive in so no having to hang around waiting all day)
I had my bed made by company who were excellent, very respectful and courteous. Delighted with product very good quality and looks amazing my daughter is delighted with her new bed.

Ordered gaming high sleeper bed. Good competitive price and excellent service. We were kept fully informed of order progress and delivery date. Highly recommend.

Good quality bed, the installation not so good quality. We payed for the installation service. We had a freshly decorated room which now has dents in the wall. The bed has screws and parts not installed quite correctly.
The installation team built the bed then said they could not move it into position as it was too heavy so we had to ourselves.
All in all happy with the bed but installation could have been better.
