It was only in and out in a day, however the Consultant and all of the staff could not do enough for us during the time there. And that included the catering staff, where the food was something that you would expect in a "fine dining" restaurant.

I always have a very positive experience when I am in Kingsbridge. The staff and facilities are top notch

This company must have the WORST telephone call response I phoned at approximately 11am on 30/6 and was no 5 in queue after reaching no 4 in queue I decided to use the call back facility “ you will not loose your place in the queue!” I got my call back at approximately 3pm The company charges enough for treatment why not employ more people to answer the telephones. I know other people have expressed their frustration at the telephone answering service

The nursing staff in the plaster room were fabulous. Arranged a last minute appointment and were very helpful snd professional. Cant praise them enough .

£3.00 per hour car parking charge. No shelter from rain to shuttle bus. Absolutely soaked going in to appointment. Not the experience you expect when paying privately. Even in NHS hospitals there are covered walkways!!

£35.00 per visit on top of consultant fees is excessive. Total of 3 visits and this charge adds up.

Efficient helpful and friendly service from start when arranging consultation, all through treatments and tests, getting proper diagnosis and having surgery with great aftercare. Now 6 weeks after surgery I am feeling better and can look forward to being pain free for the first time in years.

The experience from start to finish was excellent. Staff are very professional and the clinic is very comfortable and relaxing. Dr. Seamus Murphy was very pleasant and talks us through everything in lay terms, so we could fully understand what was going on and the options available to us.
