Special mention of thanks to Mr Kamalarajar the consultant for my cataracts who has done an amazing job with a caring bedside manner.

Every aspect of my involvement with Kingsbridge at Kings Hall was superb. The nurses who met me and prepared me for the next stage were friendly and professional. The anaesthetist who prepared me for the next stage in theatre was very kind and put me at ease during his procedure. The surgeon who operated to remove my cataracts was very pleasant, informative and utterly professional. I am delighted with the outcome.

Everyone very friendly and helpful from the moment I stepped into the building. Relaxed me. I was kept fully informed during my prompt and efficient pre-surgery processing. The surgery itself went smoothly and the post surgery aftercare including the information given and the follow up call the next day were all very helpful. All in all a positive experience.

I found all the Staff from reception, on the wards right through to my Anaethetist and Consultant to be extremely efficient, helpful and friendly.

My consultation was carried out promptly, professionally putting me at ease in a relaxed atmosphere. I was well informed and would attend again if ever required.

Everyone, my surgeon Mr. Chan, the anesthetist Dr McAtamney, Martina and nurses in between contributed to my being relaxed at all times throughout the procedure. Each stage was very clearly explained and I felt very well taken care of. The reason I haven't given 5 stars is that, after the procedure was completed I had ordered a taxi. This meant that where I went to meet it, not far from the entrance, there was nowhere that I could sit until my taxi (having gone to the main building despite instructions!) arrived. It wasn't a cold day, but it was windy and I really would have appreciated somewhere to sit whilst waiting.

In particular the care I received from Dr Hunter, Nurse Megan, Nurse Anu, and Nurse Karen was exceptional.

Directions said 200m walk from carpark but it’s marked 400m on arrival there. Charge carpark £3 per hour affected as waited 40 minutes after appointment time at 10am not called to 10.40 then more wait time between staff until 12 noon. Cafe where you can purchase water or coffee etc but none in waiting area. I have to say was very surprised at poor service. Area welcoming and pleasant as were the staff especially those on reception
