Our table, chairs etc arrived earlier than expected which we were so pleased about. Had a very polite call advising it would be delivered at 8.30am and Tony & Simon arrived at that time exactly.
They were polite and efficient, putting the table together for us speedily and disposing of the cardboard. They gave me advice on how to care for the items and checked they were on good condition and the lazy susan worked properly. Absolutely amazing service. Couldn't do enough for us and went the extra mile to help. 100% recommend these two lovely guys.
Kingsley Smythe teak tables are top quality teak, strong and sturdy.
Bought these items at the Badminton Horse Trials, the guy we bought it from knew his stuff and was not pushy at all.
The lady I spoke to on the phone, when I decided we'd need a weather cover, was polite and very helpful and took payment for that cover on the day of delivery.
100% deserve 5 stars.

Great quality furniture, feels and looks fantastic. All assembled for us by the great lads Dawid and Max who were both very professional and polite. They cleared all packaging away and made sure we were completely happy before leaving.

Excellent quality product, exceptional service, I cant recommend them enough. I did my homework before committing to my eight seater teak garden furniture set, they are a investment after all. I first came across KS at the Kent Garden Show last year and having met them in person (amazing) and felt and touched the furniture (beautiful), they were on my watch list for a year whilst I did my research and watched the prices before committing. I have looked at so many options and price points and did all the research, I finally bite the bullet and went with KS. The furniture is amazing, the price is on point for the excellent quality, you might find marginally cheaper but not as good and you wont get the all round service. From start to finish they have been excellent, comms, delivery and quality. Even the install team were great, high rate them too. I made a point of seeing them again at this years Kent Garden Show and promised to leave this review. If you are thinking about buying teak garden furniture, Kingsley Smythe are who you are looking for, you wont be disappointed. I'm loving my teak Butler Tray, thank you.

Nick and Owen came today even on Sunday (Bank Holiday tomorrow) and put the table and chairs together in an hour cleared away all of the boxing and rubbish, and show me how to take care of that lovely teak furniture.
Quality product, amazing service and in good price.
Now I can be more joyfully in my garden for the Bank Holiday tomorrow thank you to all at Kingsley Smythe.

Nick & Kenny came today and we were out as weren’t expecting them today but contacted us and left everything exactly as requested.

Nick and Kenny have just installed our beautiful table and chairs. Very efficient and friendly.
They made sure the furniture was perfect and cleared a way any rubbish.

Carl and Tony did a brilliant job of delivering and assembling my dining set, all the way up in Scotland! The table and chairs look great and seem really solid and good quality.

Nick and Kenny delivered my BBQ today, they were very communicative with calling ahead to let me know they were on their way and unlike other delivery teams they wanted to make sure I was happy with where it was placed etc. Wonderful team and I'm looking forward to a BBQ thus weekend!

Nick and Kenny came today a week earlier than expected and put the table and chairs together in an hour cleared away all of the boxing and rubbish leaving me with the wonderful smell of teak in our garden.

PROs
1. Solid, well-made furniture (we ordered a Dining Set with 6 folding chairs and a Bistro Set with 2 folding chairs)
2. The staff I dealt with were friendly and helpful - Carl, David, Maks (delivery guys) and Laura (customer service).
3. Delivery teams were great - happy to move the furniture some distance into our back garden and immediately made calls to HQ when problems were identified (which sadly didn't seem to help).

CONs
1. The design of the folding chairs that were delivered is not as pictured on the website. We decided to live with the difference (and didn't raise it with KS), but the chairs pictured online are much nicer (in our view) than those that were delivered.

2. Order fulfilment was very chaotic:
- Incorrect chairs (non-folding, with arms) were delivered for the bistro set.
- Replacement chairs took 3 weeks to arrive.
- Cushions were missing for the replacement chairs.
- Cushions took a further 4 weeks to arrive.
- Total fulfilment time from order (20/03/2025) to finally having all the right components as ordered (21/05/2025) was 9 weeks.
- Achieving this required me to be proactive in chasing-up commitments made by delivery teams (having phoned HQ) that weren't kept.

My summary of my experience with this company is: trying hard but getting some fundamentally important basic things wrong.

Positive feedback. The choice of patio garden furniture was very good, and the one we chose has turned out to be excellent quality. David and Max delivered the item flatpack and constructed it where I requested they did, having checked that everything was in good order. I cannot speak too highly of them. They were good on communicating when they would arrive, friendly and professional when they did, excellent at building the furniture, and they took the time to run over carefully the advice on how to care for the furniture, checking for my understanding. Other feedback. I have knocked a star off for the ordering/internet communication system. It was not good and I had to ring the office on several occasions to find out what was happening with the order. Overall though we are very happy with our order.

Just purchased a Regal Garden Dining set. The product quality is really good - very solid. But the best part was the delivery and installation. The guys carried it up three flights of stairs followed by a spiral staircase to get it onto a roof terrace. All without complaint! Very much recommend.

David and Max did an excellent job of delivering and setting up the patio furniture. Very professional and expert throughout. Furniture is beautiful and we are delighted with it. Would highly recommend.
