The item I bought is superb (Kai Shun Premier 9cm Paring Knife). The ordering process was simple, however, the firm had to be reminded to send the item. Nevertheless, everything went well after that and I would certainly buy from this firm again.

This is a superb quality knife but my first reaction was how dangerous it could be in the wrong hands. I definitely think proof of age should be asked for. Also, as the knife is razor sharp, it should come with a sheath.
The knife slices through a potato like butter so one needs to be very careful. I would recommend with above provisos.

After much searching, I found the pan I wanted at a great price. The delivery time is quite lengthy, but they were upfront about it so no problem.
