I appreciate how simple the ingredients are. Nothing extra. It just feels like a cleaner option compared to what I usually buy.

I mainly got this for the flavanol aspect and it fits into my routine pretty easily. Been using it daily without really thinking about it. The taste is clean and not overly bitter which helps a lot. Definitely feels less processed than other cacao products I’ve tried

Pretty straightforward product . Nothing flashy or overhyped. Just simple and works fine. No complaints really

The smell when mixing it is actually pretty nice. Doesn’t feel artificial or overly strong. Just a natural cacao smell. Makes the whole experience better

The consistency is really nice once it melts. Feels almost velvety. I usually drink it in the evening and it’s just relaxing in a small way.

It’s been a solid addition to my routine . Easy to stick with and doesn’t feel like a chore. Just part of the day now. No issues so far

Took £75 from my account never delivered the product it seems like they do this a lot, I’ve asked for a refund they just use AI for all emails you get nowhere I’ll claim it back through the bank.

Simple product, done properly

I didn’t expect to notice the quality difference but you kinda do. It just feels cleaner compared to cheaper cacao powders I’ve used before.

My first order came through, although the delivery did take a good 6 weeks or more. The product itself is great. I made the mistake of making a subscription, so that have debited by account 5 times since and I've not received any of these orders. When I tried to cancel my subscription the page was listed "temporarily unavailable" It is now a month later and the page is still listed as "temporarily unavailable". When I wrote to them to enquire about the 5 orders that I've paid for that have not yet been shipped I received a very polite reply that it would be looked into. After not hearing any further for another 2 weeks I wrote again. Once more a very polite message to say it was being looked into. Still no reply after another 6 days. After requesting a full refund I was informed that they could refund 15% of the charge while they continued to investigate why the orders still had not been shipped. When I told them that I would be seeking professional advice they then offerred me a 30% refund. Their website clearly shows that none of the orders in question have been shipped.
There are many other companies that sell a similar product so my warning is that this company is not trustworthy.

For five months I’ve been arguing with kiva “customer service” (clearly an AI email system) to either send me my order from January or, when it became clear this wouldn’t happen, to refund me. I keep getting the same replies ensuring things will get looked into but clearly never do. Shame as the product is nice. Do not buy, there are other similar products out there.

Nothing complicated here at all. Just mix it and drink it. No learning curve or weird prep. Very straightforward product

Die Verpackung war ordentlich und nichts ist ausgelaufen, also schon mal ein Pluspunkt.

I mainly got it for the health side but ended up loving the taste more. It’s rich but not heavy, if that makes sense. I’ve been replacing my afternoon coffee with this and I don’t feel as jittery anymore.
