We have been a returning customer of Kover-it over the past 10 years the service has always been excellent friendly and professional at all times with delivery dates always being on time.
The quality of the covers are without doubt the best durable and attractive product one could wish for and have been admired by our friends on many occasions .

They look absolutely brilliant and have done a great job of keeping my wooden garden furniture completely dry during the last few days of continuous rain!

The whole process from ordering to receipt was flawless. The quality of the product is first rate as my most recent order was a replacement for a set of custom covers made some 11 years ago. Those did their job well as the garden chairs and sofa they covered are still in top condition despite being out for 10 winters. Kover it work on the principle of measure twice/thrice and manufacture once. Just needed to take a few photos and supply the dimensions as requested. You may find cheaper alternatives but I will always be a returning customer. Being a successful (still in business after many years) company they do have many orders to fill, so you may have to wait a bit, but it’s well worth it. The communication re your order is very good too. I can highly recommend Kover-it.

Wanted a cover for 2 rattan chairs and a small coffee table. After submitting my initial request for a quote I got a reponse with several options. After selecting my preferred option I place an order. Order was delivered earlier than estimated and cover is very good qulaity and a snug fit.

Got a cover for my Arbor and was great communication was good and delivery was fast good company would recommend them for anything you need covered from the winter weather

Having purchased a cover for my outdoor pool table some 8 years ago from Kover-it, which was still doing its job OK but was nearing the end of it life. i had no hesitation to return to Kover-it for a replacement. Kover-it were meticulous when getting the correct measurements for my furniture. They sent clear diagrams to show where I needed to measure. The covers are beautifully tailored and fit perfectly. Not an easy task when the bench was so curvy. The fabric is thick and durable and the sewing perfect. The table and chairs look very smart with their cover on.

Excellent customer service. Ordered a bespoke fire pit cover. Discussed the material required and provided advice. Product received was a perfect fit and very good quality.

Great service from start to finish. I dealt with Juliet who I emailed and also spoke to on the telephone. She advised me how best to take measurements for my new garden furniture to make bespoke covers. I had previously used Kover-it many years ago and they are still going strong if a little worn. Juliet is friendly, efficient and accommodating as our delivery was complicated the covers were for our static caravan. Delivery was by courier, efficient and quick .Ordered and paid on 27th March, delivered just a few days later. The bespoke product competitively priced,is very well-made and hard wearing…. and looks great. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Kover-it.

I have had 2 covers from Kover-it in the past, one for a bbq and one for a chiminea. Both have lasted years. For my old garden table I bought a “premium” cover but it lasted only a couple of years. So for my new one I went back to Kover-it, knowing I needed a bespoke size. Juliet was really helpful, making sure the measurements were correct. It arrived in less than a week and is perfect.

With our first contact with Kover-it, Juliet dealt with our enquiry in a very polite and professional manner, and continued to assist us with the measurements and final ordering. We are absolutely delighted with our sofa cover, and would definitely recommend Kover-it to all our family and friends.

We approached Kover-it for a cover for our Arbour seat but it wasn't a standard cover and the price was more than we could justify. However, after being contacted by Kover-it again they offered a cover that would fit from their standard offerings and we have to say we fully appreciate why they cost what they do, the cover just oozes longevity and fitted a treat. We'd also like to thank them for the prompt and positive responses to my initial enquiry and the follow up service, we really can't fault it.

Great quality covers for outdoor seating. Totally waterproof all year round and fits perfectly. I had another cover made this year for a different outdoor sofa I bought as the one last year was so good. Juliet was really helpful and professional, and always quick to reply. They aren't cheap, but they are worth every penny as such high quality.

We’ve just purchased another 3 covers from Kover-it. One for the UK which replaces the one we bought 15 years ago and is just starting to go on the edges! And 2 more for our house in Spain. The one we already have in Spain has spent 10 years baking under the sun and is still in perfect condition. These covers are fantastic & great value. The ladies at Kover-it are always extremely helpful.

Kover-it is the place you should go if you want your outdoor garden patio area protected from the elements. My outdoor canopy needed some pvc covers that I could roll up when needed. I engaged them for design and making the curtains. They were very meticulous in their design process with multiple validation followed by manufacture and delivery. the workmanship is excellent. I cannot recommend Kover-it enough.
