Purchased a second AT-LP3 recently, store where great, excellent packaging and customer service. Easy to set up. Sounds great.

Discussed my tonearm upgrade options with David Campbell. I always felt that he gave his honest opinion and found his opinions and obvious experience very helpful. As a result I made a great choice and am very happy with my final decision and the deal he put together for me.
Would recommend Kronos AV to anyone.

I’ve ended up here reading all the negative comments and can say none of them seem fake to me as I have just experienced the same appalling customer service.
I ordered a rather common audio Technica head shell hs10bk form them as they had the most competitive price and top of google search also.
The day after ordering I received an email informing me that this head shell was discontinued (I ordered another form elsewhere and received it with no issues) and sent me a more expensive replacement. At first I was pleasantly surprised until I looked up said replacement and noticed immediately that this was of no use to me as it wouldn’t allow for alignment adjustments. So I quickly emailed to say thanks but no thanks and got no reply.
The head shell turned up quickly and not very well packaged, in an envelope with bubble wrap.
Days of emailing without reply and couldn’t return via the website return section as the head shell was greyed out and wouldn’t let me proceed.
Eventually got reply’s saying that my emails went to junk like a few others on here and then some random telling me it will work and didn’t understand my issues but after some back chat eventually sent me a return link.
Sat down this evening listening to my new hs10bk headshell and started the return process, Bejesus! Asking my for delivery times, courier name, phone number and email address and time of delivery!!!
A joke of a company that stinks to the high heavens and has the feeling it’s ran from a kids bedroom. Avoid at all cost to save your sanity.
This is not a fake review before they respond with all that nonsense.

Update: after several cheeky emails form yer man, who’s experience seems to increase with every complaint, 20 years, 30 years of experience but can’t deliver basic customer service. I returned the item with the help from them sending me a return label, but still £4.99 out of pocket as they wouldn’t issue a full refund.
I would avoid this place and their cheaper prices as they don’t seem to update website or inventory.
Extremely poor from Kronos.
Let’s see what excuses we get from his 40years of experience!

Excellent support from Damien in choosing and explaining the Lumin to me, as well as supplying necessary cable.

Products are as described, bought a few items this year, normally good to talk with via email, only gripe is getting through on the phone is difficult to any of the branches, in fact I have never been able to get through.

I ordered an Origin Live Strata Turntable Mat, an Origin Live Gravity One Record Clam and an Origin Live Upgrade Platter Mat to be delivered in France (there is almost no way in France to find Origin products). I've been deliverd in 5 workdays (3 days prior the estimated date) with a very protective packaging and all goods arrived in perfect condition. Very nice service from Kronos Audio Visual. Product itself is fine, but turned up in what looked like a tatty re-used Amazon box. Product box had marks on it, looked like it had been sold and returned. However, all the expected seals were in place - Product looks and works fine.

I am pre-order for a Wiim Ultra. During the period, I need to call Customer service or live chat to them keep tracking for my product status, and so far they give me rapid response. But if they can take the initiative to inform me of the estimated delivery, it will be perfect.
