I did not receive what was ordered
I did not receive what was ordered. I ordered 4 escrima sticks that were supposed to be approximately 1 1/8 inch diameter. However they are all 3/4 inch in diameter. The original shipment also was delayed two weeks before it was sent and customer service takes weeks to respond. So far I cannot recommend purchasing from here as quality of goods is poor and service is poor.
They will reply here same day but won't respond to the email I sent 4 days ago. I just want the product I ordered and im not paying for a return or exchange shipping fee for mistakes not made by myself.

i am sorry to hear you are not happy with your purchase. Your package was shipped ups and but was taken by the post office. We explained this to you in the email we sent you. I know this is not your fault but it is what caused the delay. We do have a 30 day no questions asked return policy, if you are not happy with your purchase, please submit a return request..
