The worst customer service I…

The worst customer service I experienced ever. Their shoes come at least 2 size smaller, and if you want to return they charge you for everything. So it’s not worth returning bc you would end up paying even more and wouldn’t get anything back. Terrible company. Also they are super rude in email correspondence. They are just looking for a quick money. Wouldn’t recommend this company to anybody.

Thank you for your review! We completely understand your frustration—math is hard, sizing is harder, and international shoe logistics are the ultimate boss fight.

To clear up a common mystery: when you pay for shipping, that money goes directly to the shipping company (USPS/UPS), not into a secret vault where we dive into coins like Scrooge McDuck. We unfortunately don't control freight carrier rates, nor do we profit off return labels.

As for the sizing, Feiyue shoes are notorious for running small—which is why we put a notice on the product page in BOLD, GLOWING LETTERS (or at least as bold as HTML allows) advising customers to order a size up, or two sizes up for wide feet.

Our return policy is posted right at checkout so there are no surprises. We're genuinely sorry these didn't fit, but we promise we aren't cackling in an evil lair over your shoe size! If you ever want to give it another shot, we're always here to help you pick the right fit.

Woman should just order their regular shoes size. Since shoe runs 1 whole size small, they actually fit like woman's shoes.

The gi we ordered was of high quality. The sizing was perfect for my 3 year old. It’s hard to find a size for smaller kids and this product did not disappoint. Shipping was also good. It got delivered in about a week.

Recently purchased the tiger rattan…

Recently purchased the tiger rattan staff. Absolutely love it. A little thicker than I expected but very nice. Staff was straight and the finish is beautiful. Maybe too thick and heavy for demo's but an excellent fighting staff nonetheless. Shipping was quick and reasonable. Thanks
