I ordered a hakama that I needed for a dance performance. It arrived on time. The dye was not set and left your hands purple after handling. There were small white spots on the front and belt that looked like bleach splashed on it. I spoke to someone and emailed pictures… and filled out the return form, which asked for more pictures. BUT never received return instructions. Because the event was yesterday, I took the item to a local cleaner to see if at least he could keep the dye from staining my kimono… You may have lost a long standing customer.

I ordered low top shoes and was sent high top shoes, I had to pay for shipping to return For an exchange , now they don't want to take accountability for sending the wrong shoe and instead say I ordered the wrong size. Fact is they sent me hightops when I ordered low tops, ive been wearing their shoes for years, maybe the hightops run smaller than the low tops ? Or Maybe just that run was small. At any rate it is what it is. I would just hope to see some accountability instead of blaming the customer. That's all , yes I did leave a detailed note in the box and online that I ordered LOW TOPS, this is about the 7th pair I have bought from you, never high tops. I guess you are just going to keep avoiding accountability. Sad, and not worth anymore of my time. Do better, ship what was ordered and stop blaming customers and lying.
I'm not sure what part you don't understand, I ORDERED LOW TOPS, AND WAS SENT HIGHTOPS, AND THEY WERE ALSO TOO SMALL. You do realize BOTH of those things can be true at the same time right? Maybe if you spent more time verifying orders instead of arguing with your loyal paying customers online you would have less issues. BE ACCOUNTABLE & Have a great day.!

This is a drop ship item. It does not cost us anything to send you a replacement if the drop shipper makes a mistake. I am not sure what part of this you are not getting. You did not notify us you received the wrong item. You submitted an exchange request. If you ordered a low top, and received the wrong item. We would be happy to replace the item for you. It costs us nothing. The dop shipper incurs the cost. Instead you requested an exchange for a larger size. You submitted an exchange request. When a customer requests and exchange, they are quoted the shipping charges involved because we do not pay for shipping on exchanges or returns.
The shoes did well
The shoes did well. Fit was good. Support excellent. Cost was reasonable with quick delivery!
