The process for ordering was easily. I was looking to order a set of breakable boards witch was out of stock.
I ordered a different set and didn’t like the brand. Delivery service was seven days witch was more than the 3-4 days advertised.

Hi Henry. Our site says an order can take 3 to 7 business days depending on how far you are from California. This is business days. Does not included weekends. You are in Illinois so you can always expect it to take a minimum of 4 business days for delivery. This is only in the best case scenario when the order ships the same day. If you need it cany quickly, you will need to expedite the shipping.
