For my first order with Kytary .I was happy ,the packaging was good and the product was as described. Nothing wasn't missing or damaged .

Good product but no UK plug
Good product but delivery charges of £30 came as a shock as website suggested free and delivered with no UK plug (just adapter) which is not great when such an expensive purchase. Tried to contact customer services by phone and email twice with no joy.
