My fairly old Ambassade Lacanche range has done me several years of excellent service - over 20 to be precise! It has now needed attention for the gas and electric ovens over the last two years. Leon the serviceman has dealt with it on both occasions. He is extremely knowledgable and has a solution and parts to rectify any problems.
Even more importantly you think the job is done so thoroughly that your appliance is safe to use.
I did have to wait a couple of weeks for an appointment, but it is worth the wait knowing that you are going to receive great service from someone who understands the cooker and the brand.

We are so pleased with our Lacanche Vezelay. It makes a stunning centre piece to our new kitchen, but is also a fantastic cooking appliance with everything you would want and more!

We have owned a LaCanche for many years and recently had a full service booked for it. The booking process and explanation of work to be undertaken was straightforward and transparent. Graham the engineer was ( as always) on time, friendly and professional throughout the visit.
The team supporting operations are reliable and efficient. It's a pleasure doing business with them.

This was the first service that we booked since we bought our Lacanche in 2017. The engineer was first class. He explained what he was doing all along the way and was very helpful with tips and tricks to keep our cooker in top notch condition. Booking was very simple and we were lucky to get a slot the very next day. Our cooker is now tuned and working brilliantly.

We inherited the Cluny when we moved in , [ apparently 26 years old ] and after 6.5 years decided it needed a new lease of life, as it had deteriorated due to our lack of maintenance on our behalf ]. Anyway chased down Lacanche and had a few chats with Jane in the services department [ realised the knobs and burners were actually brass - ours had gone black ] , got a good tip from Jane on soaking in vinegar and lemon juice for 24 hours , lovely shiny knobs . Booked a serious repair and service visit, knowing how much was needed - got a call saying the engineer had a cancellation and could come a day early, Graham phoned to confirm, phoned again to confirm visit time, turned up as advised. Worked with us for 4 hours, nothing too much trouble, left us at 7pm with a fully working Cluny. I dont normally do reviews, because I dont normally get a service worthy of bothering these days [ grumpy old man ].

We had our 6 yr old range cooker serviced last week. The guy was spot on. Nothing too much trouble. Explained elements of self maintenance which was really useful, and had I wanted I could have stayed and watched what he did. Couldn’t fault the service.

Lacanche UK said the engineer would ring beforehand to announce his visit which he did.The engineer was very pleasant & professional.He did the service during which he pointed out several things which were helpful & which I hadn't known about. His advice about how to look after the cooker to keep it efficient & to prevent problems was most useful.All in all, well worth the service!

My Lacanche cooker is 21 years old and is as good as new. The Lacanche engineer was excellent when my cooker was recently serviced. Highly recommend Lacanche.

The communication from lacanche regarding my order and expected delivery was excellent.
The cooker was delivered exactly on schedule and the team were very careful when it came to bringing the cooker onto our property.
As part of the quality inspection done by lacanche a slight blemish was spotted by them (not visible to me!), however the process for receiving a replacement part and having this fitted was seemless - it didn’t impact the use of the cooker in the interim and actually they managed to replace the part sooner than expected.
Can’t fault the level of service received and absolutely love our cooker so far!

Engineer rang ahead to confirm his arrival time. He did a thorough service of our 5 yr old Lacanche cooker. The door seal had started to escape from its casing. Engineer was very professional, knowledgeable, polite and interesting. He explained and showed us everything he did and it was an interesting and enjoyable experience for us. Great customer service from Lacanche. Cooker like new.

We recently moved house and agreed to purchase the existing Lacanche Macon Range Cooker. There were a few minor faults with the oven so we decided to pay for a Premium Service to be carried out. The engineer who visited was extremely professional and gave the oven a thorough going over, fixed the faults and made a few other adjustments, including checking and recalibrating the oven temperatures. We were offered some really helpful practical tips on how to get the most out of our oven and in hindsight, it was well worth the investment of having the full service done - a really excellent experience and the cost of the replacement parts needed was actually very reasonable.

Engineer made date and time appointment - tel one hour before to confirm visit. Engineer was very knowledgeable about cooker and fixed the problem plus service. Support for Lacanche oven is first rate. Ideal for keeping oven in tip top condition.

We have had the oven for 5 years now and it is fantastic - solidly built, good to look at and great to use. The ongoing service has been very good with a check-up service to check all was fine - which it was!

I love my Lacanche cooker, so we recently signed up to the premier service. Although expensive, Graham the engineer was brilliant, he was so thorough and meticulous and tweaked and checked anything that needed attention. The booking was simple and the appointment was confirmed without any challenges. Highly recommend 👍👍

Absolutely first class service from this company. I have had my Macon for 5 years now, with no issues at all. I decided, in view of the price of the cooker, to have it serviced recently, and was very happy with the whole process. The service was easy to book at a convenient time, and the service engineer was very friendly, informative and tidy. He answered all our queries, and we didn't feel at all pressured into booking future services at an unneccessarily short interval. Well done, Lacanche.

From the point of our order through to delivery communications were of the highest level, with regular updates received throughout the process.
The factory quality control team picked up a small issue with the finish on one of the oven doors post delivery, which again was communicated to us ahead of delivery. Shortly after delivery an engineer attended site to replace the door, which he did whilst making a couple of further adjustments at my request without any fuss whatsoever, he even gave us a quick demo on best efficiencies when using the various elements of our bespoke range - All of this completed with the highest level of professionalism and clear outstanding knowledge of the product!
So to conclude would highly recommend Lacanche for any range solution requirement!!

We have always had a good experience with Lacanche. When having our service, the engineer called me an hour before to confirm the time then again when he was stuck in traffic. When he arrived his service was very thorough and he gave us great advice.
