The product was correct, but the shipping price was ridiculous considering the method used. No way did it cost $16 to ship UPS ground on such a small/light item. I assumed it would arrive in 2-3 days that's why i paid up for expedited shipping, I feel a little ripped off. Otherwise service was as expected

I went looking for smaller flanges for my Spectra S2. I had never heard of lactation connection before and this is my second time exclusively pumping for babe. I found exactly what I needed right away. Website is super user friendly and my favorite part is that the site actually allows you what they have available in stock.so you can order accordingly. I order my ameda mya breastpump bottles from Lactation Connection and they were only under $20. When I looked at amazon for the same pump bottles they were charging a fortune like $35 for two bottles, lids and caps not included and the lids cost extra. This is amazing company and I will use them for all my breast pump needs.

The site was easy enough to use. Human error in that I ordered too many Haakaa lids and too large of nursing bra. I didn’t read the return policies and am stuck with them but that’s not the companies fault.

I recently ordered a breast milk cooler that fit perfectly into my breast pump bag, the product description stated that it came with six bottles, three ice packs, and a cooler. When it arrived the six bottles were missing. I used the contact form on their website to contact customer service inquiring about the missing items and received a very professional response the same day (on a Saturday). I was informed that there are two versions of the cooler, one with bottles and one without, and I must have received the wrong one. They informed me that they would ship the missing piece of the order first thing on Monday. I received the package with the six bottles the following Wednesday, exactly as described.

I chose to use a small business rather than Amazon for this purchase since I have gotten counterfeit or incorrect products from Amazon on unusual purchases before, and despite the initial mistake in shipment I was not disappointed. The customer service at Lactation Connection was fast, professional, and responsive when there was an issue. I was also able to easily find products through the Lactation Connection website that were difficult to find on Amazon (Spectra-specific flanges, certain brands of items) without having to worry whether the items were genuine and of good quality.
