I haven’t gotten my order yet
But customer service isn’t very good
I sent a couple of messages to them regarding the status of my order but they never communicated back to me.
I’m guessing it’s because it’s near the holidays and worker shortage

David, we have never received any message from you with a question about your order. The items ordered from Custom Order category take from 14 to 30 days to be delivered as they are pre-ordered and made specially for you. The information about the estimated delivery time is ALWAYS displayed on the product page in green color. We additionally send an introductory email reminding of the delayed delivery in case a customer had missed this information anyway. I am sorry for your frustration, but we are trying to make multiple attempts in making sure this information is clear.

Thank you for your feedback. I am sorry but we do not have any control over the shipping charges from US to UK with Priority Mail (expedited plus tracking) set by Postal Service. However, if you wish to have your order shipped with simple economic international shipping (no reliable tracking) please contact us at mail@lacyhint.com after placing an order with such request. The shipping charges will be adjusted and the difference refunded to you. You can message us if you need anymore assistance in this matter.

Well worth the wait.
It took a little more than 35 days. I ordered for my wife on July 5th and received the item August 17th. Reasonable considering that they ran out of material due to Covid and thus; got delayed. Also it is handmade and the most beautiful bra I have ever seen. It looks amazing on my wife and she loves it. Don't even think about it; just treat yourself or your wife or girlfriend to this. It's more art than a bra. It still works;.. but my goodness.

I waited to receive my credit card statement. And yes I have a charge. However I have not reviewed my merchandise and the phone number associated with the charge no longer works. I have contacted my CC company to dispute the charge, but will be satisfied if the merchandise is delivered

Took some time to received this product. Product was purchased in the USA and shipped to Canada. My wife loves the matching bra and panty set. Fits her well. She loves the lace. Shipping was issue. I got it 3 days after Valentina's Day, would have like to received it before. Was a gift. Thanks. Dan

Bought this set for valentine's dinner with my husband. Fit and looked great. I wish they would not put the large tags on such a delicate piece of lacy underwear as they look terrible and there hard to remove without damaging the item. Overall very happy with my purchase.
