I am sorry for the missing shipping info during e-mail exchange. I can see you have asked for a change of size in your order which was handled right away and afterwards our customer service agent has caught another possible size mistake, which was confirmed by you and changed to your liking. We routinely check orders for any inconsistency in sizes and check with our customers before the custom product is made. I hope to have you back soon!

My wife and I are very happy with everything we've ever bought for her from Lacy Hint. I've done a few orders as gifts for her - and she always loves everything (and so do I)! Also, we had a recent issue with a shipment (it was all on the delivery end, not their fault), but Lacy Hint still went very far to make us happy.
Thank you,
Joel V.

I am sorry the bra didn't meet your expectations. Please keep in mind that we are always ready to provide detailed info on the fit and features of the bra, for example which bra is the most/least see-through or which style will fit better wide or close set bust, etc. (mail@lacyhint.com).
I made a mistake during the order…excellent
I made a mistake during the order process of not ordering the correct size. I realized this immediately after I had finished. An email was sent to customer support reference my error. Within minutes I received a response and was advised it would be corrected. Excellent customer service.

Thank you so much! So glad to know that you and your wife found the colors you like. We will keep looking for more and more unusual ones and the future looks promising. Please note the last 2 orders were placed with items from Custom Order category and these items are made to order in Europe and then shipped to us. Items in stock still are delivered in 3-5 days.

The USPS first class with tracking costs no more than $5 regardless the address. Please keep in mind there is no need to use more expensive service to return the package.
Feeling Sexy
I have purchased three bras from Lacy Hint. Being larger (34DDD) I love that i can always find a beautiful and sexy bra that is also comfortable and supportive. The quality is amazing and prices reasonable.

Thank you for your feedback. Our records show that you have placed the order only 2 weeks ago from the Custom Order category. All items in custom order category have estimated delivery time shown in bold green color. These products were to be received in 35 days. Please stay patient, as we are sure you will love these items, which otherwise would not be available for the purchase in the US. We have created this category to be able to bring more diverse sheer styles to our customers. Please contact Customer Service for more info.
Too small
Too small. Not like the regular bra size on the website. Beautiful bra though but waste of money.

Thank you for your feedback. I don't see any exchanges or returns on your account. Please know that we offer an extensive bra fitting service through e-mail and many of our customers were able to find out their true bra size this way. While padded bras will kind of fit with the wrong bra size chosen, with sheer bras there is no room for guessing. Please contact our customer service to get in touch with personal assistance.

I love lacy hints sheer balconette…
I love lacy hints sheer balconette bras. I am a 36DDD and it is extremely hard to find bras that are not padded or ‘full figure’ (grandma bras). These are very sexy, quality made, and a lot of variety. Never seems to disappoint. I now buy all of my bras thru Lacy Hint.
