I will not shop anywhere else again!
I received my order in a timely manner. Everything fit thanks to their measuring chart. I have a hard time finding sexy bras in my sizes. They had exactly what I have been looking for in my sizes. I will definitely be ordering more from here!

Gorgeous!
Update 05/17/18: I received my bra today and it's exquisite! It fits perfectly and I'm very happy that I managed to get a $58 bra at 60% off! Now that I know I can get future orders shipped quicker, I will be back. I still took off one star for customer service telling me my order was dropped off on Saturday to the post office when they didn't receive it until Tuesday. Really that Sunday (mother's day (05/13) shouldn't affect anything especially since I ordered at 1:21am Friday and it took them 22 hours to create a shipping label. I'll still likely order from them again, with they're great prices and quality of the bras. I guess I'm just spoiled by Amazon Prime free 2 day shipping lol.
Original review:
I haven't received my bra yet but I don't have much hope for the rating improving. My husband and I both ordered things on Friday (05/11/18). He ordered things from Florida (same state Lacy Hint is in), Arizona and Wisconsin and they all arrived Monday afternoon! Today is Wednesday, and between Friday and Monday only a shipping label was created. I ordered at 1:21 am on Friday and at 11:27 pm they created a shipping label. Twenty-two hours to create a shipping label for a single bra?! I emailed customer service on Sunday and they said my other had been dropped off at the post office on Saturday. LIE!!!! I checked tracking and called the post office and they said they hadn't received it or scanned it in their system yet! It didn't get to them until Tuesday! Their website says 3-5 BUSINESS DAYS for shipping after it's shipped. I'm supposed to receive the bra tomorrow (Thursday) by 8pm, according to tracking. Funnily enough, I can't post a review of it on their website because they no longer carry this bra. I got the Beige Padded Balconette Bra - Macchiato size 36D. Thankfully there's still pictures on Google so I can make sure it's the right bra. I think I'll be ordering from herroom.com from now on. They seem to have a greater selection of great bra brands and usually have some kind of sale going on. I really hope this bra at least fits and lasts a while, since it's the most I've ever spent on a bra ($23.50 on sale). I recently started researching best bras for bigger busts and had high hopes for Lacy Hint. Their bras all appear to be so beautiful in the pictures and most had great reviews. If it is as great as orders say, I'll give 4 stars, but the lying about shipping is definitely worth taking 1 star off!

Thank you for your review.
Our records show you have received the package today (5/17) early afternoon, which is the 5th business day from the day the order was placed (Sunday is a non-business day for USPS). Our packages get delivered even within 3 business days if there is no Holiday involved that causes extra delays (5/13 Mother's Day). If you wish to have the order delivered within 2 or 3 days guaranteed, there is an option of Fedex 2nd Day delivery available upon requests. Please contact customer service before making the future purchase to set up a custom speedy delivery.
Please come back to our Clearance section soon, as there are more styles available at your price range.
Bra was OK
This bra will be ok for wearing some, but the straps cut into my shoulders and no fault of the bra, but I don't think the balconette is for me. It's just not flattering under my clothes.

Thank you for the feedback! The bra straps do cut into shoulders when they carry most of the bust weight (which they shouldn't). It indicates that the bra band chosen is too large and doesn't support the bust properly (about 70% of bra support should come from a bra band, not straps!). The bra with the proper band size will create the cups lift without the unnecessary shoulder straps stretching. Please contact our customer service with your order number and our fitting expert will help you determine the properly fitting size.
Shipment hasn't arrived!!! (Shipment arrived) Yay
I placed two orders the same day. I received the 2nd order shipped on the 19th it arrived 4/24/18. The product was lovely. My first order still has not arrived. Your site says it shipped on the 20th. Today is the 25th.Company looked into my shipment and responded with product location. Bra arrived and the bride loved it. I heard attendees state that's a beautiful sturdy, sexy bra.

The fit was not what we anticipated
The fit was not what we anticipated. Plus size did not seem to fit well underneath the arm area. Cup size is sufficient the lace print and the design were what was expected. Just be sure in your next advertisment to understand some sizes or designers may run small.

Thank you for your feedback.
The bra size doesn't stay the same throughout the lifetime and it is important to get remeasured every 6 months to choose the size that fits perfect. You can contact our devoted bra fitter with any questions you have and we will do our best to estimate the best fitting size.

Tip: women's bra size changes approximately every 6 months due to weight fluctuations health and even seasons. Always wearing the same size could become very uncomfortable.
Extremely poor quality- Scam
Extremely poor quality - you can buy the same products for 1/4 the price at Walmart. We returned the items promptly, but they have yet to issue a refund. Beware, this site is a scam. Save your money and go to Walmart.

Sorry to hear that your experience with us wasn't to your expectations and that
your opinion of our product resides at your lowest standards. Our products are hand made with great attention to detail, quality, choice of fabrics and constant strive for excellence.
According to our records you received a refund for your products shortly after our deliberation on whether we should go against our return policy and issue a refund for a product that was considered as used but not damaged. Since your merchandise was only missing the store tags it got treated as used and not resalable. Therefore we lost on that transaction.
Although is easy for us to make new tags, it wouldn't be fair to our clients and to us if we would ship a product that is even suspected as a used intimate apparel. Such product no longer has any value to us and gets discarded.
Our return policy clearly states that if the merchandise is returned dirty, washed, with perfume sent, damaged due to wash or wear or without store tags it wont qualify for a refund. This is a common practice among intimate apparel retailers because it protects against people that want to use a product and send it back for a refund. (Scam?) Unfortunately it is a very common occurrence within our returns department which hurts us and in the long run our customers.
Thank you for your understanding.
Sizing
Sizing was definitely a problem, but customer service was fantastic in helping me thru. Return/exchange was easy. Cost was a bit high end but so was the quality of the bra. Will definitely be a return customer.
Thanks Lacy Hint, Will shop with you again soon.
