Never again!!!
Cancelled my order and got written confirmation "I have issued a refund for you" – then he shipped it anyway 10 days later and is now refusing to refund, claiming I missed the return window for an order he'd already confirmed was cancelled. Now dealing with Section 75 and Trading Standards to get my money back. Be careful trusting anything this seller says in writing!

As discussed over email, you can't request a return over 2 months after receiving your items. That's not how the world works. Sorry it had to be this way, but I won't be intimidated into accepting returns when you've had plenty of time to return within the required timeframe.

Dan was very easy to talk too
Dan was very easy to talk too, reasonable and offers competitive prices. Bought 1 boosters just to try out but I have been a customer ever since. I highly recommend lakecollectibles, they’re are awesome.
