My first order, which was delivered by Royal Mail, arrived in a dreadful state! I sent photos via email and was quickly dealt with by a member of staff. He was polite, apologetic, and very helpful.... Ver mais
Great product but don’t pay for next day delivery, at the cost of £12 the order doesn’t arrive the next day and, when you email to complain about it, they ignore you. Use another company instead.
Couldn’t have been more helpful when trying to fulfil my order. Order came, wasn’t right, instant refund. Will definitely use again for more lighting needs

Seriously terrible service!
Ordered an item from the website. Once it had gone through, i received an email explaining that the item was out of stock and an alternative was available for DOUBLE the price.
Not a great service at all as the website shouldnt have let me buy the item if it was out of stock.
After replying to the email, there was no response whatsoever!
I would stay well away from this company if you value your time and money.
