Item was labelled with wrong postcode and delivered to wrong address
Original form was filled in with the wrong postcode but I rang and emailed straight away to change it.

I had to follow up my order and when it arrived a week later one of the item was not even the one I ordered. Then I was told the item is no longer available, but it listed on the website and does not say it will be substituted for a different brand.

I waited a week for the item to arrive but this was only because I email them and this seemed to remind them they had not processed my order. I was then promised it would be delivered by Royal Mail 1st class which took 3days. Business 1st class, really!!

They checked with me as to whether I had ordered the right bulbs. Very caring. Thank you.

Waited over 6 weeks to be delivered

The company took over 8days to dispatch the item. Staff was not sure if the item was still in the stock room or ven dispatched. The guy I exchanged email with regarding this issue was rude in his replies and was not coming across as helpful. Items arrived 10 days after purchase

Not to be trusted. Price at checkout was 30 per cent less than the amount they tried to take from my bank account. Definitely dodgy.

Absolutely fantastic customer service. I was emailed to check that I had ordered the correct bulbs (hadn’t!), and the correct ones were sent out. Postage very fair, and quick delivery with all the bulbs well wrapped and unbroken. Cannot recommend highly enough!

Just what I wanted and very pleased with the result. But delivery was very slow took a week to arrive.

This was the first time I had ordered from this company and I recommend them highly. I ordered some replacement bulbs that had been discontinued. Leanne called me and suggested an alternative which turned out to be too bright. She spent time to find out what they were required for, suggested alternatives. I have now reordered. I only ordered teo bulbs, and yet they took the trouble to ensure I was completely satisfied. I was so impressed.

easy to find the old style bulbs that I required.
Fair prices and delivery costs made clear.
Goods came in a couple of days. Will be back.
