I tried to return my item. They claim you can return it within 30 days. If you try at 34 days, they will not accept return on it. Also the company is hard to get in touch with. This to me just seems like poor costumer service and proves that they could care less to keep your business. No grace.

It's a scam. I spent $400 for a dining room lamp. I paid for it and didn't receive my product. It's 8 weeks now. Do not use klarna or lampoo

Terrible, terrible, terrible. Would have given them negative stars if it was an option.

Not only did my light look like someone wrapped grandma's underwear around a bunch of metal coat hangers (no joke), but when I tried to get a refund, the customer service team was impossible to deal with. After weeks of communicating with them, and after they had received the light back at my cost ($105), I had to file a grievance with my credit card company. If you decide to buy from them, expect to be beyond disappointed, frustrated, and out of some cash.

Their site advertised a beautiful rattan pendant light with multiple shades of cream, beige, brown and accents of black. $738 for two 60cm pendants. They arrived and they were one solid shade of dark brown with black accents. They look nothing like the picture. It just so happens that while we were searching on Amazon, we found the item we had received from Lamppo and it was only $300 for the 60cm. So, they clearly buy from Amazon, falsely advertise their item, send you the Amazon one and keep the profit. They refuse to email us a return shipping label despite this nonsense. Horrible. Buyer beware

Sent me the wrong items. Will only chat on line or email. Can not actually talk to a person over the phone. Will not refund me unless I pay for return freight. This is a ridiculous policy and company. They sent me the incorrect size lights. I ordered 2 for my island and they sent two different sizes. This is not how an on-line business is run. Do NOT order from this company.

Die gesamte Seite ist irreführend. Er erscheint so als sei das Unternehmen in Deutschland beheimatet. Es gibt jedoch kein Impressum.

In der Kopfzeile steht 24-h-Versand, wohinter sich jedoch nur eine Kategorie versteckt. De facto dauert es Wochen bis das Unternehmen aus China versendet. Wir haben die Lampe storniert bevor sie verschickt wurde. Man wollte uns dann einen Gutschein geben, den wir abgelehnt haben. Danach wurde die Lampe trotz Stornierung versandt und das Geld wurde uns nicht erstattet.

Aktuell läuft ein Käuferschutzfall über PayPal. Die Antworten kommen nur zögerlich. Jetzt will der Händler, dass wir den Artikel auf eigene Kosten zurückschicken.

I ordered a Sputnik style glass bulb light for our dining room. First, make sure you read their shipping timeline carefully. I did not realize most of their products are not at their US warehouse but ship from China. Took almost 8 weeks for delivery.

Upon delivery the finishes looked nice, but as I began trying to assemble the directions were in Chinese, and this was not “some assembly required” but more like “build your own light.” I got a copy of English instructions from the company, but the hardware in the directions did not match what I was given and there were many missing instructions. I have some electrical experience so I thought I’d still give it a shot, but it was near impossible to assemble. The mounting bracket also did not fit a standard US light box. Customer service, while kind, did not really speak English well over email. In the end, glad I paid with PayPal and opened a claim to ensure I got a full refund, but only after I paid $45 return shipping for something I’m guessing they just threw away when received.

I would stay away.

Bestelle bei lamplightsdesign,bekomme aber Antwort von Lamppo, 3/4 Werktage um die Ware ( auf Lager) abzuschicken. Warte aber schon seit 7 Wochen. Und alles aus China wo ich ganz bestimmt bewusst NIE bestellen würde. Heißt doch die Webseite "lamplightsdesign.de" !! Meine Mieter sitzen ohne Lampen da. Gar NICHT OK. Und was bitte sind "organische Bewertungen" weiter unten??

My light is absolutely beautiful! I was worried about damage during shipping but it came so well packed and in perfect shape. It’s one of my favourite items in my bedroom.
