Offered monthly insurance cover which to be honset seemed to be good value as wll.

Even if I answered the questions like a saint it still comes up with "sorry we can't insure you". Truly embarrassing.
Absolute shocking service!
Absolute shocking service! Taken double the premium out of my account due to their error! and will take three weeks to return, phoned up promised call back, 4 hours later had to phone them again, to be told they are short on staff! Got cut off again then they to say they will call back, got through again, put complaint in and spoke to supervisor, now been told end of week! (Fingers Crossed)

I am extremely dissatisfied and will not purchase another Land Rover vehicle. As you may know, obtaining insurance for these vehicles has become exceedingly difficult.
I believe consumers should collectively decline to purchase any Range Rover, new or used, to allow market prices to reflect the current situation. Had the company demonstrated greater responsibility, this issue could have been resolved long ago.
As an engineer with experience in Formula 1, I find the company's technological and ethical standards to be remarkably poor. It is surprising they remain in operation, likely due to government support.
These vehicles are simply of very low quality, in effective against crime modules and stink when it comes to reliability?
To top it off just had to change breaks and discs on a 5 year old velar with 24,000 warranted miles, garaged and the brakes look like they come off the TITANIC.
Would not surprise me if Land Rover directors drive different brand vehicles as they have no trust in their own brand.

What is the point of having a dedicated Land Rover insurance when you are not going to ensure or even provide a quote!!! I have over 20+ years NCD, no points, no convictions, no accidents yet I can't even get a quote. A complete waste of time!!

Couldn't even find my landrover when it was registered a week ago. Managers wont return calls, phone quality is poor and system after system error. Needs new leadership. Have had a Velar for few years now. No claim for 9 years. Current insurance no longer insuring Range Rovers. LR insurance refused me!!! NO CLAIM FOR 9 YEARS. DO NO BUY RANGE ROVER

Same story as many others, Land Rover car insurance cannot insure my Range Rover Velar…..got insured with Tesco though.
LR Ins will insure my partner but not me?
15 years no claims, no convictions points etc. Can't even get a quote from Land Rover. Yet they'll quote my partner who is 3 years younger, with 3 years less NCB? He lives at the same address I do etc, quoting for the same car, same level of cover, same mileage. Yet they won't insure me but will insure him. They can't/won't tell you why they won't insure. Just that you "don't meet the underwriters criteria". Well the only criteria I can see my partner meets that I don't, is being male. Plus our employment differs but my occupation (accountant) is normally one of the cheaper ones for insurance so I'd be surprised if that was the issue

Absolute joke. I am 58, my wife 65 both retired 11years no claims, no convictions can’t get insurance with them. Waste of time filling out the form stick to go compare and don’t waste your time.

What a joke of a company and process. You can't discuss with anyone as it is online only and they won't provide a reason for not providing a quote for a land rover.
When I pointed out they are a landrover insurance company that doesn't offer insurance for a landrover they just said I need to try somewhere else. Maybe they should make vehicles that aren't do easy to steal and we wouldn't have this issue.
Congrats JLR I will be getting rid and won't be coming back.
Extremely unhelpful process
Extremely unhelpful process, I am contemplating getting a new RRS and before doing so I wish to know that I can obtain insurance from their own associated company. I asked for a quote for my existing RRS, they responded saying that they were unable to provide a quote. I tried enquiring of their help desk and they refused to give any reason - this is not particularly helpful since I have no idea whether the refusal is related to me, my address or the vehicle type.

Will not quote. This is an absolutely shocking service. I have driven Range Rovers for 20 years and remained brand loyal. I have 9+ years no claims. I do 8000 miles per year. The vehicle is genuinely kept in a locked garage overnight. It has a tracker fitted and monitored. I have no motoring convictions. I paid £470.00 for my insurance in 2022 with LV (no longer cover RR) £990.00 in 2023 with Churchill (no longer cover RR). Approached Land Rover insurance and they will not even provide a quote. Aside from the fact the vehicle is virtually unsaleable Land Rover continue to ignore the problem and provide these marketing stunts such as 'recalls for security upgrades' & this poor excuse of an insurance company. It is the height of hypocrisy that they even operate a customer care team as the one thing that they clearly do not care about is their customers. - Please do not waste your time even filling out the quote request.

Atleast give me a quote right? ? ? I was interested in buying a new Velar. And thought Land rover’s insurance would be a great cover as they initiated this program to help customers with finding non-premium quotes.
Let alone, they didn’t even show anything and just said ‘ we have refused to quote’ lol
