I’ve been coming to Larry King South Kensington for over two years and have always had a great experience. Harriet, my colourist, is amazing and I’ve never been disappointed with my colour, and Issey is also fantastic.

Unfortunately, today I was 15 minutes late for my appointment with Martha and she cancelled it. I completely understand the importance of being on time, but as I’m pregnant and had a flight to catch, I was very disappointed with how the situation was handled, especially as she didn’t speak to me directly.

Thankfully, the receptionist was lovely and managed to find me an appointment with Lucy, who did an amazing job. I really appreciated their help in turning the situation around!

Lovely experience from start to finish getting my hair cut today. The reception team were super welcoming, the hair washer gave a great head massage and Elliot has given me an amazing hair cut in a style I didn't know I needed in my life. Thanks heaps all!

I absolutely love the wonders that Jake manages to work with my hair! I really feel he has an attention to detail and manner that gives me every confidence that my hair could not be in better shape. All the staff members are always solicitors and polite. Thoroughly recommend, and my son is a very satisfied a customer too! Jake gives us both great confidence.

My disabled son loves going to Larry King . His Hair stylist is Manuel they have a fantastic relationship he has been cutting his hair for many years. Staff are always friendly. Sarah did a fantastic grey blending and Sol gave me a fresh haircut. The result is natural, modern, and exactly what I was hoping for.
These days, I'm more likely to be found in a hospital waiting room than at a party, but at least I'll be turning up in style!
More expensive than the average London salon, but worth every single penny.

I have been coming for 10 years - always see Louis ( brilliant ) and the staff and experience always great .a good friendly bunch of professionals !!!

Salon was hot but cooler downstairs
Zoe was great and as always came out with a beautiful cut and blow dry
They listen to what you say and manage any expectations you may have

Had the best experience. Larry is lovely and humble as always, have known him for a long time and was great to get a cut and blow dry from him. Really appreciate it. Was so good to see Elsie who gave me a great massage and wash. Love you guys and have to say I am so happy for what you have built. All the staff are also very friendly and the Marylebone saloon is beautiful and gives a very lovely relaxed vibe. Would highly recommend.

Yikes. Spent the extra to get something top-shelf for my engagement.

Tracey was the stylist. I explained what I wanted and when I mentioned "a fade" the stylist said she had no idea how to do that, saying some people at the branch do, but not her, but she would try. She spent the whole appointment snipping little bits off and stepping back and constantly checking, taking her glasses on and off. Embarrassing.
Bad cut, no ability to fade or really do anything with mens hair. Expected far far far more for the price. Could have gotten better for a fraction.

If stylists are not comfortable or competent to do mens hair, they should not be bookable during selection.

Giving people a snack and a drink when they arrive only goes so far.
