HAVING MADE A MISTAKE ON OUR BOOKING FORM i AM FINDING IT NEARLY IMPOSSIBLE TO CONTACT THE COMPANY THAT HAVE SENT CONFIRMATION OF OUR HOLIDAY

Easy straight forward booking, this is my first time booking this kind of break.

Great easy to use site nice and quick needed the receipt for tomorrow for it within seconds of payment it's my partner's 57 th birthday and part of her present the dates we are booked for is our 19th anniversary so yeah brilliant just hoping for good weather and fun times once we get there

A Wonderful Stay at Preston Cottage, Bexhill-On-Sea.

We had such a lovely time at Preston Cottage! From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with warmth and genuine hospitality by Leonora, Darren, Max, and Monty. They are truly wonderful people who make you feel right at home.

The cottage itself is beautiful and cozy, with stunning views from the windows that you’ll never tire of. It’s a perfect place to relax and unwind, and absolutely ideal for families. Their two friendly dogs, Maple and Ireland, added a special touch to our stay – they’re so sweet and well-behaved.

The location is also great – just a 5-minute drive to the seaside, which made for easy trips to the beach and nearby attractions.

We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay. Highly recommended – we’ll definitely be coming back!

We had a truly wonderful stay at this charming countryside cottage. The location was peaceful and beautifully surrounded by nature, making it the perfect escape from the city. The cottage itself was spotless, cozy, and well-equipped with everything we needed for a relaxing break. We especially loved the fireplace and the stunning views from the garden. The hosts were kind, responsive, and made us feel very welcome. We would happily return and highly recommend this lovely place to anyone looking for a quiet and comfortable countryside retreat.

Disappointed because just found a lower price for two people to stay at this property. The advertisement seemed to suggest a reasonable price for a last minute booking.

Quick, easy booking, plenty of info that helped me make my mind up

They are fraudulent, there was a road close on construction when we book the home and was not told. So we have to park miles to walk down, on reaching the place, the environment was not conducive and stranger attending to us. We left and call the the owners for a refund of 3 night booked. He refuse to refund and Also not responding to our nesssages. We booked through Expedia and they knew we never stayed there and can’t help to get our funds back. This is criminality and people should be careful of theives doing business on lodging . If we didn’t stay due to their lies that there is free parking when there was non? And the place not conducive as we saw strangers . Why can’t they refund the money in peace…, sad experience but we will not stop until they refund our money …

The customer care staff were very helpful with ny enquiries. The booking process was very easy & confirmation was emailed straight away following payment.

Great website, plenty of choices of properties too.

Booking was easy with the added factor we can take our dog as well

DO NOT USE THIS SITE. GO DIRECT. They just pass bookings on to other companies and accept no responsibility when things go wrong.

Their response below evidences that. I contacted them first with a problem, they fobbed me off.
