Ordered a chair but it was a scam bc chair never came in

I purchased two outfits on 10/31/2025 and both have not been delivered. I am unable to go on their website because I have been blocked

Ordered an advent calendar and 4 weeks later no item. Emailed them to see what was going on and just got our systems are down but it is being shipped from our international warehouse!

This is a scam. Never delivered my order and said they can't do anything because their systems are down.

Do not use this company. It is a scam and they do not deliver what they are selling. Tried to get a refund and they said they had an issue with refunds because their system was not working.

Items shipped 1 month later they were said to be delivered. Nothing arrived. After a back and forth with customer service they resent the items, supposedly. This time shipping took 2 weeks, however the result was the same. Nothing arrived. Currently seeking refund. Don't waste your time.

I just keep getting the same old email just from a different person

I ordered in October. Money was taken out right away but I kept getting the same email as everyone else that my product was coming but it never did. I asked for my money back and nothing.

I ordered a sweatshirt in October and still have not received it. They contacted me after a review I did and said they are looking into it. I have reached out three more times asking for updates and finally demanded a return. Still no response. This company is a joke and I would not purchase anything from them

It's a scam!! Never received product or refund. Was communicating with Anna and then the responses just stopped.

Never received order but they took my money. I emailed them multiple times and they sent a standard response each time saying the exact same thing. Do not order from them.

Lavrai took my money and never shipped. I emailed them and they responded with the same copy and pasted email over 10 times. Had to dispute with my bank as fraud.

They are scammers. There were Haivley which you can still see on the Lavrai website. I was scammed by them a month ago but it seems like they’ve switched to Lavrai to carry on the scam. Absolutely disgusting!

Ik had een cadeau gekocht voor mijn Lieve vrouw en die was erg tevreden over de hoofddoeken. Fout bij PostNL maar door de perfecte klantenservice toch mijn bestelling op tijd binnen gekomen.
