I still haven't received the camera because DPD are apparently having 'issues'. I appreciate this isn't your specific domain, but it is impacting my customer experience and I'd be surprised if they haven't updated you on this since it's an order from you.

I have purchased lenses and camera bodies many times over last 16 years from LCE Chester in store. The staff there were always professional, but also very knowledgeable. Some members still continue to work there after all these years. They are like Richer Sounds of photography if you know what I mean - just great. So I bought this time ONLINE from Derby branch and everything went very smooth - quick dispatch, confirmation emails, lens clean and working without issues. I never dealt with them in person, but online transaction went great, so I definitely recommend them

While my latest purchase has been online from LCE Derby I have used this company for over 40 years. Firstly in Bristol, then in Bath shops rather rthan online but the last 10 years more online. I have found them to be very helpful together with a fair price if buying s/h.

I have ordered quite a few used items from various London Camera Exchange shops and 3 things stick out 1) They are always very competively priced 2) The items are always as stated on their website and 3) They are always keen to help with any queries you might have, what more do you need.

Used poducts are well described and given a quality rating. The goods are well packed and delivery is quick

I have bought many things from London Camera Exchange in Derby over the years, on this occasion a Sony FE90mm Macro lens ( second hand ).
As usual the service was first rate and the price competitive, I would definatelty reccomend London Camera Exchane and the Derby branch in paticular

It was a little disappointing to receive a s/h lens by post that clearly didn't perform to reasonable expectations. Return and refund were handled professionally.
It would be nice if the chain did a more thorough testing of their used stock.

Great product, great price and great service. Very happy with LCE (as I have been each time I buy from them).

I puchased a used expnsive lens on-line from this location (Derby). The lens did not have the original box, which I expected and was happy to accept. When the package arrived, the lens appears to be o.k and the box in which it was posted was strong enough. However the packing inside the shipping box was poor, consisting only of screwed up brown paper. I expected better.
Apart from this issue, I was content to buy on-line from London Camera Exchange as I use my local store often.
