The 5 star rated camera got a lot of scrathes and faded one. Its very sad and poor service by derby LCE branch.

I wanted a particular lens from the Derby store but could not accept next day deliver due to work commitments. I ordered the lens online and they agreed to hold shipment until an agreed date. Lens arrived on the agreed date and the mint condition of the lens was exactly as described. Very happy.

I ordered a camera and lens from the Worcester and Derby store (online). Great communication from both teams and the items came well packaged and as described. I would recommend LCE based on my experience and will be looking to purchase from them again in the future. Many thanks.

Used LCE loads of times for used gear. Items are always a described and next day delivery never fails. This time was no exception. Used lens rated 4* was pretty much mint condition.

Unboxed and attached to my camera, it worked fine until I adjusted the zoom and has now been stuck in the 280-300mm mark, unsure if the product was damaged during delivery or if this is a common issue with that particular lens.

LCE came up with the goods as usual! The Leica D-Lux 8 was well priced and exceeded my expectations in its condition. I called the shop to arrange a delayed despatch so the camera arrived at an appointed time and communication was good.
