Excellent service, my Sony RX100viiA was ordered and delivered within 24 hours and at a price less than other retailers were asking for a pre owned example.

Excellent service, new camera upgrade arrived the following day after ordering. Brilliant service as ever, I always have used LCE for camera/lenses and they have never let me down.

Highly recommend! They are very knowledgeable about the equipment they sell, and went out of their way to help me when a delivery was going to miss an important deadline for me.

I enquired about a second hand Sony RX100 M5A and was able to confirm condition and run through queries on the phone while the member of staff inspected and operated the camera. They were helpful, their description of everything was very accurate, the price was competitive plus there were 14 days to return the camera if unhappy.

Very happy with the service and good to be able to speak to someone to check condition and queries ahead of purchase. For me this was preferable to buying 'blind' from another website.

Sharky was extremely helpful and attentive, and explained a great deal about the binoculars we were trying out. We didn't know much about binoculars, and he was very informative and pleasant 😃.

I have nothing but praise for the staff in London. Sadly not so much Southampton. I bought a camera that came from there. Sadly it didn't work as it should. Something that should have been checked before selling it. £1,100 for a second hand Canon 1DX mk 11 is a lot of money. Luckily London have sent it to their experts who are going to give it a full service and get it fixed. They have gone out of their way to help. A simple mistake when it was sent that has been rectified so fast. Highly recommend them

The goods that I ordered arrived on time as promised and in full working order. Very happy with my experience with London Camera Exchange.

Whilst my pre ordering conversation and actual ordering was 5 star service. When my brand new lens arrived the manufacturers product box was not in pristine condition and clearly well used and I regret not returning it. Because now having met much more experienced wild life photographers and shown them the box, they all would have returned the lens as it had probably been used as a demo.

After posting the above LCE did contact me offering to redress the situation and so i shall be taking my lens into the shop. So well done to them for taking the trouble to contact me.
