Slight delay due to a supply chain issue. I was kept up to date along the way and in the end the guys shopped around other stores and despatched my order from existing stock. Yes something went slightly wrong but the customer service was excellent

Amazing service. Bike came much sooner than expected. Courtesy call to arrange delivery so I could make sure someone was in. Bike packaging was super secure and final bike set up required minimal effort from me.

I pic up a bike. Wot cost 4000 pounds. And ride it home and omost bid the crak cam off .and I cud off been hit by a car but he stop just in time. So lookey but the the bike back in the shop after 3 day off riding it to work .the motor not working and thay dot no wen I will get it back ..but the boss toll then to sort me out a speer bike till I get min back ..but I'm not happy whiv the bike thay give me

Had a good experience in July 2026 buying a Cube Reaction Hybrid Pro 800 e-mtb from the Bedford branch, with first-rate advice, support and communication from Luke, Colleen and Alex, who helped put together a bike that fits me perfectly, as well as researching all the best add-ons for my riding style.
