Brilliant customer service. Bought a new jacket from them a few weeks ago. Unfortunately after its first wash, one of the seams came away. Rang the shop and went down, they couldn't be more helpful, took the jacket for a look, and immediately replaced with a new jacket. Can't ask for more than that. No messing or interrogation, just sorted the problem there and then. Great stuff.

Ordered replacement parts for Topeak pocket rocket pump. Were available within 2 days at their shop. Great service when collecting. Also, shop has a good range of bikes on display together with lots of parts and accessories. Well worth a visit.

These guys are great, friendly, professional and extremely knowledgeable. I won’t go anywhere else for my cycling needs.

Rather than buy direct from Brompton Bikes, I preferred to do business with a bike shop. My purchase was to co-incide with a trip to the Lake district so I contacted the Lancaster shop. Yes they had one in stock, yes I could pick it up the following day (1st July). As I was submiting my deposit they checked and no, actually there was a stocking error but I could pick it up on the 3rd July. I would be on my way back so no problem. I was told I could pick it up any time after midday. So, excited, I found somewhere to pay for parking in the centre of Lancaster and got to the shop at midday. It wouldn’t be ready until the end of the day. Disappointed, I told the chap I was expecting it at midday as I had been advised. “I don’t know who told you that” was the curt reply. I shall buy from Brompton’s website instead, clearly naïve of me to support a bike shop. Mistakes are understandable, even doubled up. But arrogance and rudeness are not what I expect when I’m trying to spend 2500 on a bike.

The staff at LL Lancaster knew there audience when purchasing a bike. The after service was second too none. Quality business selling quality products

Helpful, prompt service. They offered two options for a repair to my Brompton, fixed within 24 hrs, good communication, not too expensive. Pleasant to deal with. I usually avoid chains, but they're helpful and competent at the Lancaster shop.

As always, leisure lakes is an awesome place to get good quality bike stuff at a reasonable price. I was born in Lancaster and no longer live there, and always come back to buy things wherever possible from you guys. Thanks as always.

Fantastic customer service from Rob at the Lancaster Branch both over the telephone & in person. He sourced a good choice of MTB pants for my son to try on in store.
