Really friendly staff who are incredibly knowledgeable and helpful.
I visited twice recently, once to buy kit for my son and once for myself. Not only did I get everything that I wanted I also got some added bonus deals- my wife thought I was never going to leave!
Being new into mountain biking I don’t yet have a handle on the correct sizing of gear and being able to visit a store and try on different sizes saves so much hassle.

We visited the Leyland branch this morning assuming they fixed bikes as my son’s brakes had broken. Although they don’t have a workshop there the kindest man took one look at my sons bike and fixed it for us free of charge, just out of good will and getting a little boy back on his bike for the weekend. We are very grateful ! How kind !

Pete at your Leyland branch was brilliant and made my experience of collecting my new bike very simple and straight forward. He also gave me some great advice about maintenance.

Friendly efficient service, buy and collect safe, item bagged up ready and waiting. Perfect.

Kept up to date with when my bike was ready for collection. Excellent customer service from the guys when I went to collect it - even though I was late they were still there and helped me get my new bike into my car.

Absolutely terrible customer service.

Spent £3000 on a bike.

I was asked to call them to arrange delivery (strange).

I attempted to call - no answer!

I then emailed asking why I have to call to arrange delivery.

Within 8 minutes someone called Si, messaged back - not so much as a hello or good afternoon - just to tell me it was to arrange delivery.

I then called over 20 times to be met with the same recorded message of a woman with a Yorkshire accent telling me that they were busy dnd nobody could take my call.

As soon as it was 5pm their phone line closed.

Think twice if you’re planning on spending thousands of pounds at this business.

Absolutely rubbish customer service.
