Leisure Lakes Bikes - Nottingham Opiniões 

To be ready for a MTB outing, I took my Levo SL to Leisure Lake, Nottingham for overhaul of the drive train and brakes 3 weeks in advance. Parts were ordered and a date booked for the work. However some parts were late in arriving so fitting started a few days before I needed the bike. When the work started it revealed that my free hub needed replacing, meaning more delay. The staff found a spare hub in a scrap bike and were about to fit it when the new part arrived! Thanks to the guys in the shop for going above and beyond, Result, I got my bike back in time - great service from LL Notts

Ordered a pump online, collected at the Breaston store. The gentleman who served me (maybe the manager) was fantastic!! Helped me look for some Fox clothing and couldn't do more for me! I'll definitely be back...thanks again

I found this bike recommended on web (Road cc) - and was delighted to find it with Lakes Leisure at such a competitive price.
Contact before and during purchase was excellent - and delivery process was outstanding.
Upon delivery - I did take the bike to my local workshop - £40 well spent to ensure optimum set up for an excellent bike. Would definitely use Lakes again,

Fast pickup service when you click and collect. My dropper seatpost and lever were delivered at the shop well before the estimated delivery time, which was a nice surprise, as I was expecting a 10 day delivery, and it turned up in 3 days!

The forks on the bike were faulty had to go all the way to the shop 2 times for replacement

Bought a bike and had it delivered to my local leisure lakes store. Got an email letting me know when to expect it and then another when it was ready. It was a kids mountain bike and they took the time to ask who it was for and how much riding they’d done so they gave me relevant info and not just a standard hand over. Great shop and staff at the Nottingham store! I’ve used them a few times and will try to use them for more in the future.

Visited the store in Nottingham and bought a few things from them asked about some flat pedals that they didn't have in stock but said they could have them with me in a couple of days to which I ordered and they turned up 2 days later. Fantastic service from all.
