Purchased a Trek Dual Sport 3 hybrid bike online for pick up at the West Brom branch.
Was looked after by Jenny who was excellent. Received a call from her to say the bike had arrived but a couple of very small minor scuffs were noticed and the manager offered a discount if I wished to continue with the purchase. I was very impressed with their honesty and I probably wouldn’t have noticed them.
I also purchase a kickstand for the bike which was fitted immediately.
Very pleased with my bike and the service received.

From start to finish we found Leisure Lakes Bikes first-class! We chose a week day to go, and had superb help from Danny. He listened carefully, took onboard our needs, was patient with our many questions and took a genuine interest in finding the right electric bike without any pressure. Nothing was too much trouble.
