I have never come across such a totally obscure checkout for payment site ever. Login/checkout as guest/click this box/red fault dialogue/click on this ad nauseum. You need to sort this out!! I would be sacking my website designer!! and US date format for the complaint - just get real!!

Very speedy dispatch of goods from the company despite the fact that i was on holiday at the time and i had marked the item as not urgent. Delivery was made ahead of time. I ordered the mistral 3 part door bin for my caravan. It fitted better than the one it replaced. Thank you for your excellant service

The website kept not responding and I had to use a different email address as the reset password link wouldn't work

This business is well stocked and a good clear website, but has one glaring deficiency which is refusing to talk to its customers.

I was trying to get advice on what to purchase but their insistence on using email to answer questions made it much more trying than it need have been. What could have been cleared up in a 5 minute telephone conversation became an email string over a few hours.

While the person I was dealing with answered my query in great detail a couple of hours after the initial contact form message was posted, I still had related questions. I actually gave up with them at this point, ordered the bare minimum of what I was needing from their very good website, but bought the other pieces I needed from another - more expensive vendor who would talk to me.

It really is a great shame because the guy tried to help and I needed the parts quickly, but I also have a business to run and could not sit there waiting for an email reply to come back to me when I needed to get back to work.

Even a Chat feature (which I loath) would be better than exchanging emails.
