This business is well stocked and a good clear website, but has one glaring deficiency which is refusing to talk to its customers.

I was trying to get advice on what to purchase but their insistence on using email to answer questions made it much more trying than it need have been. What could have been cleared up in a 5 minute telephone conversation became an email string over a few hours.

While the person I was dealing with answered my query in great detail a couple of hours after the initial contact form message was posted, I still had related questions. I actually gave up with them at this point, ordered the bare minimum of what I was needing from their very good website, but bought the other pieces I needed from another - more expensive vendor who would talk to me.

It really is a great shame because the guy tried to help and I needed the parts quickly, but I also have a business to run and could not sit there waiting for an email reply to come back to me when I needed to get back to work.

Even a Chat feature (which I loath) would be better than exchanging emails.

We ordered a Fiamma awning on a Monday afternoon. We had a great deal as we had a discount code from a previous purchase. Delivery was scheduled for Wednesday but was coming directly from the supplier which always is a concern. No need for any worry, the communication from Frank at LeisureshopDirect was excellent! The awning arrived on Wednesday afternoon and was on our van by 6pm.

Very easy website to use, lots of products to search through easy payment process.

Prices are competitive and service always spot on.. normally there is a quick email as a check on model number, for confirmation parts are exact match..
