Your checkout is excrutiating
Your checkout is excrutiating. I order things all the time and your checkout reuired lots of steps that were not obvious, and pages where the next step was written very small and not clear. Things appeared in boxes but were incomplete.
You also didn't have all of the related products appear on the page, so I had to go looking for the end stops. If I had forgotten, or didn't realise that I needed them, I would have forgotten them. Even the date on this feedback form is the wrong way round!
