Les Fleurs went above and beyond to help - really appreciated and a beautiful arrangement.

Chose to ignore simple delivery instructions and ruined the flowers by leaving them somewhere entirely different where they stayed for the whole weekend and got rained on. Won't admit any responsibility despite it was their decision to deliberately ignore my request of where to leave them. Never again with this company.

Picked up my valentines balloons today and the lovely ladies here were brilliant. One of the balloons popped when I put them in the car and I went back in and they replaced the balloon free of charge and I just thought this was so lovely. They were all so busy with their valentines orders and working so hard when I went to collect. Looking at all the orders there I could see how hard they were working and it was nice to have a peek at behind the scenes and them preparing everyone's valentines flowers. Lovely job ladies well done and happy valentines day

Becky was super understanding when we had to change our date due to covid and kept in contact to make any updates.

I ordered flowers for my mum for mother's Day and I'm so glad I did.
The flowers are absolutely beautiful and my mum was over the moon.
They were delivered on the day I needed them and left on the door step as per my delivery instructions.
The price was very competitive.
Wouldn't use anyone else for flowers now.

I ordered mums flowers via phone call was dealt with by a lovely helpful lady. I explained that due to covid we wasn't able to visit mum but they did let me drop my card in so it could be delivered at the same time as the flowers. My mum was totally blown away by the beautiful bouquet in her words totally gorgeous and she felt so spoilt. So Thank you Lesfleurs for making my mums day special despite covid. Ordered online. Nice choice, however, website allowed me to enter two Scotland addresses without clear indication that this was only a local delivery company in Devon - collection only! So never received the flowers. They went to a care home instead. The website needs improved to make sure this can't happen. Collection only information was also the last piece of information on the confirmation email after the delivery address is stated. Hope others do not make the same expensive mistake.

Was very pleased with my wedding bouquet, the delivery & the service was very good!

I always order flowers through LesFleurs. Most recently I sent my Nan one of the special envelope flower displays for her birthday last week and she loved them. They also did our wedding flowers last year, fantastic value for money and just what we wanted. Always the freshest most beautiful flowers and they always last for weeks! I used to use a national well known florist, but I’m so glad I came across LesFleurs, you get so much more for your money and such better quality. The shop itself is definitely worth a visit Full to the brim of beautiful flowers, house plants all sorts of things.
