Had a little difficulty
I took two tests, both required finger prick blood samples. I had a very difficult time getting enough blood to fill the vials, it seemed like the lancets were very small and I ended up pricking myself about 6 times to get a proper sample. Additionally, my better half (who is a pharmacologist by trade) thought it was strange that I needed to provide liquid blood samples when all of the things I was testing for could be done with a dry blood swab. All of that said, the turnaround time was very quick! I sent the samples out on Thursday morning and I got the results for one back Friday and the other the following Monday.

Convenient test
The process was straightforward and efficient, making it very convenient overall. However, obtaining the required amount of blood was challenging, as 2-3 drops from a finger prick is the maximum that's easy to get, whereas this test requires about 10 drops. Everything else was simple and quick.

It’s a scam. They “test you” for things that cannot be detected by the samples you send them. Don’t waste your money.
