"letsgetchecked" test kit has shown up…
"letsgetchecked" test kit has shown up on my USPS Informed Delivery for several days now as "awaiting from sender" from Rancho Cucamonga, CA. This package is unsolicited and, if sent, will be tendered, unopened, to the local Post Office upon receipt. I researched this company thoroughly and would never have any dealings with a company offering such "services" in the age of AI. What they are doing, in my opinion, is collecting DNA samples to sell to the highest bidder, which for all we know, may be China. This also looks to be in direct violation of HIPAA. How would anyone in their right mind fall for such an obvious scam?
And now I get the cookie-cutter AI response requesting my personal info so they can contact me in private to address my concerns. Well, that isn't going to happen. My info, just like my health status, will remain private from your AI's prying eyes. You need to answer this right here for all to see.
Great news! My unsolicited package has arrived! On to the Post Office to report this potentially dangerous FRAUD!! ENOUGH!!!

Do notBuyer beware will not stand by tests and no refunds use this company buyer beware…
Do not use this company buyer beware purchased a lipid test a year ago and they messed up my results then a new test was sent and told me it had a 9/26 expire date and now in 6.26 they tell me the kit is 9/29 but the lab expires 9/25 so the new test kit is no good. I never got as lipid test and they refuse to extend or send a new kit so the BBB I have filed a complaint and will continue use to leave negative reviews for the lack of customer service.

I got my results in 24 hours
I have never had a test run like this before, where I collected the sample and mailed it in myself. From the first moment I received my kit to getting the results, everything was seamless. I think the most amazing thing about the experience was finding out the results the very next day after I mailed the kit. The results were thorough and explained well. I couldn't be happier with the entire process.

Will not use this lab again
Used this company twice before with great turnaround time. This year ordered test back in march. Activated test 5/20/2026 and sent in bloodwork after activating.called 7 days after sending in they claim never activated which it was on day 5/20/2026. it is now 5/30/2026 and still do not have bloodwork for doctors appt. On 6/1/2026. Have called multiple times explaining situation with no results.

Would not recommend this company
Order test on Friday didn’t ship until Wednesday, took 5 days to arrive. Return test received by lab on Thursday was not entered into system until I contacted support the following Tuesday. They just let it sit saying I hadn’t activated test which I had the day I sent it back. I send photo proof that I had activated test. Would never recommend to anyone!
