First was the ease of purchase was ok . Then u mailed it through the usps.. and they are a joke. Lol. It got lost a 2 day item took over 6 to 8 days to get here.. I called ur company they sent out a new one and it Best the original order by 2 days... go u.p.s.
Kit was straight forward.. and shipping back thru u.p.s. perfect.. test results sent thru email.. ok.. now I got results.. ur company should have called and helped guide where to go now... I guess I got to go to Mr Dr. To find out.

Don't waste your money
Don't waste your money! Both times I did the lipids test, it came back inconclusive due to coagulation. I wanted to find out my LDL level and did everything exactly according to the packet. Very frustrating and a waste of time and money.

Cannot fault anything with the process except when it comes to getting a receipt. You have to request it separately and then have to wait up to 30 days for it. To me you should receive this as soon as the payment is made.

No Results Visible
I keep clicking on YOUR RESULTS ARE AVAILABLE and I get sent to a safari page that can't open. I can't see my results and I don't know how to access them without being blocked. Nobody called to review my lab results so basically $149 later I still have no clue.

The hardest part was getting my blood…
The hardest part was getting my blood to flow, but instructions were thorough, and after dropping the package at UPS, everything went very fast. Communication with the lab was efficient, and once I had my results, communication with the medical professional explained the results and answered any of my questions. Easy, fast and thorough!
