Amazing Professional Service!
We recently used Urban Surveyors for a level 3 survey for a property we have purchased. The communication was amazing from start to finish, they were really flexible and accommodating with the dates and times and worked really hard to get our report to us extra quick! It was really detailed and helpful and the phone call to explain was great. Thank you to the whole team I would recommend to anyone!

Would definitely recommend Urban Surveyors as they were very professional in helping me with a building survey when buying my new house. We are buying an Edwardian terrace which was in generally good condition but dated and we were hoping to renovate. Due to the age of the property we wanted a full survey. Our surveyor Garret was soo helpful in helping our understanding and gave a very detailed (initially verbal) review of the property, before following up with a hugely detailed report with supporting photos. I was able to ask questions relating to our plans and advice on anything we were unsure of in his findings and this was a massive help to us for our first renovation project and has really helped us to start planning.

I needed a home buyers report urgently, having been let down by another surveyor. Garret responded immediately and called me to arrange to attend the property. He then called me within 2 hours of his site visit to talk through his findings and gave me loads of advice on what he found and how to handle the conversation with the vendor.

The very next day I received a comprehensive written report with plenty of high-quality photographs and a clearly laid out schedule of findings ranked by severity.

I cannot recommend these guys highly enough. They are crystal clear as to what they will deliver and what the costs are and they stick to their promised timings!

Very quick and easy to use service. Everything ran exactly as I was told it would in the initial phone call. I received feedback on the day of the survey over the phone and the full and very detailed report a couple of days later. Very happy with the service

Garret did another great job for me, he called me after survey and briefed me what he found. Followed by detailed report in next couple of days, always happy to have calls to resolve any queries I have with the reports. Highly recommended!

Garret was extremely professional and efficient at completing our survey on our new house. Everything was arranged and completed in less than 7 working days and the survey was very clear AND easy to understand. The thing that impressed me most about Garret was the fact he offered us the chance to call him if we didn’t understand any of the report he had written which is worth its weight in gold!

Garrett made the process really straightforward. He liaised direct with the estate agent for the soonest available appointment and provided a great verbal summary the next working day following the survey. The report was with me a few days later. Very happy with the service.

We have used Urban Surveyors twice now, both times for a Level 3 Building Survey. The whole experience from start to finish was fantastic and the exact same service delivered each time. The arrangements through the office were hassle free and easy. Garrett checked in with me each time to confirm his instruction and establish if there were any particular concerns I wanted addressing. On completion of the survey, Garrett takes the time to call and give feedback ahead of the report being issued. The reports are comprehensive and easy to understand, and any/all questions are answered in plain English.

We instructed Urban Surveyors to conduct our Level 3 Building Survey. We are first time buyers and Garret was very informative and gave helpful advice to us through the process of 1) deciding what survey to undertake 2) the access arrangements involved and process of the survey 3) explaining all the information included in the report.
His report was very detailed and included many photos as evidence, as well as observation for if/when we sell the house later.
Thanks to his report we managed to reduce the house purchase price and are now well informed about the necessary repairs needed on the property.
100% would recommend.
